Lane Bryant — Local services in Fremont

Racially profiled while shopping here. I understand that the pandemic left a lot of ppl uneasy and feeling uncomfortable about the virus. It's an poor excuse to deny help to one person who isn't wearing a mask and another person who also isn't wearing a mask service. One of employees denied help to mother who happens to be a black woman who wasn't wearing vs a non black woman who wasn't wearing one either saying she doesn't want catch covid but helped and stood closely to another customer. I'm very disappointed because Lane Bryant is one of the few places who's bras fit nicely compared to other places. 3 stars for Shari who went beyond to assist our needs...

We were prepping for a trip of 3 weeks and needed summer clothes and some dressy outfits. The store near us had a very limited selection and weren't helpful. We drove 45 minutes to this store. We arrived in the heat of the day but the store was nice and cool. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My wife tried on numerous outfits, but the staff assisted in finding additional things for her to try on. My wife went from having no outfits for the trip to a complete wardrobe. The employees here were very friendly, stayed on the floor or in general view in case I had questions. They didn't crowed me or constantly ask if I needed help every 3 minutes. The store is laid out nicely I was able to navigate freely from one area to the other without feeling crowded. The only downside was the selection was so-so in the bra department for someone my size. I feel they could at least stay stocked in it if its common. Would still recommend...
