Target — Local services in Fremont

Hi Claudia, I understand you were pretty busy with your important manager meeting when I approached you. The reason I approached you was because I couldn't find a single other employee in the vicinity (and several other sections) to help me. I understand you had better things to do than check backstock on an item for me, and I would have happily waited for another employee had you called one over. Instead you told me you could check, scanned the item, while your coworkers walked away, then informed me that you would not check or bring out any items from the back. I have had employees decline to bring things from the back, and I try to be understanding because I know it takes a lot of time in the middle of a hard and thankless job. I would have much preferred you nicely saying no in the first place rather than saying yes in front of your friends, then telling me no in a tone that suggested I was nothing more than a major nuisance. If the question was "can you check backstock on this?" you clearly did not understand the meaning of saying "yes". I hope your subordinates know better than to do this, and I am sorry I apparently inconvenienced you enough for you to treat me...

VERY RUDE MANAGER ON DUTY!!! GUY WITH THE GLASSES

I just did my Target run, and found a lot of Clearance items. To my surprise, CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT PRICED CORRECTLY, Good thing if it was cheaper but bad if it’s more expensive! YOU HAVE TO WATCH OUT. I am trying to purchase a shirt, checked the price checker came out $7.88 So grab 2 and at the register when scanned came out $10.00, pulled my target app and price is showing $7.88. Then this manager shouted at Me and Saying, “YOu don’t understand, Price may vary by size and color!” And I was like, “Do you mean, your price scanners and the Target app are not reliable for price check?” he was like, “Oh, price vary by location too! And we have no control over that, It’s a different area who does the pricing!” - VERY VERY RUDE MANAGER, The guy with the glasses. October 9, 2018, Target Pacific Commons...If I can give 0 star for very rude shopping experience, I would! Educate your people about customer service, Attention Target Management, Pacific Commons Fremont!!!!!

I went to this on April 24th 2017, and found a fitbit alta on a clearance price, which dropped from $129.95 to $39.98. But the associate was not sure about the price, so he called his manager called Ida. When manager came, she thought the price of the item was too low. She first scanned the item on a cash register, the price showed $38.98, then she scanned that smart wristband on her scanner, still showed $38.98. Then she told me that target's system had a problem, she could sell the item to me. I told her that since the price on the system was $38.98, moreover, that is a clearance item, why she couldn't sell it to me. Then this manager Ida became very arrogant and rude, and replied that that was the rule, and she had rights to refuse sell it to me. I went to target store every week to buy food, sometimes household stuff and apparel. I really like shopping environment and customer service of target before. But this time I was shocked, I've been shopping for years at target, and never met a manager acted like this, I was not sure if Ida was new to target corp, but I'm sure she was not...
