Ordered and paid online to pick-up since there is usually a large line. Arrived and we were surprised to find there was hardly any line at all. Grab our pizzas and when we get home we are surprised at just how bad they are messed up. I ordered the high pile crust and what I got was literally dough. Uncooked Dough with toppings. My fiancé ordered the hot link without meat and they added meat and left off the banana peppers & jalapeños. The store closes in 20 minutes when we realize this & so we head over to the location and try and call to let them know we are on the way and what happened. The phone rings and rings and rings... nothing. We arrive at 9:57PM and the doors are already locked. THREE people working looked over and saw me. I waved and held up the pizza boxes and began pointing to the door. THEY ALL LOOK AWAY. There are still customers in there too! I start knocking and one guy looks at me again. I hold up the pizzas and point to the pizzas. HE LAUGHS AND WALKS AWAY. Seriously? SERIOUSLY?!???!?!?
Man I nearly lost it they are so unprofessional.
Finally the same dude that laughed walks over to the door and opens it. I ask for a manager to explain my dilemma. He points me to a girl saying she was the shift lead. It was one of the people who made eye contact with me and then turned away!!! Professional guys! Real nice. Anyways she could care less about messing up and doesn’t offer to remake it or anything so I ask for my refund and she has trouble doing the return. Girl...some shift lead. She asked two people for help and one guy laughs and says “why are you asking me?” And walks off.
Another guy she calls over says he will go get the manager... Didn’t I ask for the manager? And they gave me these fools?! Good lord y’all.
The guy comes back and tells me the manager said to get my name and he will take care of it tomorrow. LOL. No. I don’t trust these people with how they have been handling things.

Read moreI’ve been coming to this Blaze Pizza location for years, and while it was generally consistent with decent pizza, my recent experiences have been nothing short of a nightmare.
In December, I had what was easily the worst dining experience ever. The line wasn’t moving because the staff prioritized online orders over the customers physically waiting in line. After standing there for 45 minutes, the person packing pizzas said, “I can’t find your pizza.”
At this point, I was beyond frustrated, but the problem clearly isn’t the staff member’s fault—it’s the chaotic management of this location. The ovens are overloaded, and the team can’t handle the throughput, resulting in complete disorder. The staff seems overwhelmed, and the process is broken from start to finish.
To make things worse, when I expressed my frustration, the employee packing pizzas (a guy with tattoos on his neck) got defensive, visibly angry, and outright rude. He huffed and puffed, accusing me of “disrespecting” him for demanding the help I’d already been waiting 40 minutes to receive. The lack of professionalism was astounding. Thankfully, another employee stepped in, refunded my money, and gave me two passes to come back.
Fast forward to tonight—I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. The experience was the same chaotic disaster. I arrived at 7:30 PM, and it took 50 minutes to get a pizza. This place has no leadership, no sense of order, and no ability to provide a consistent experience.
To the owner: If you care about your business, you need to fix this mess immediately. Teach your staff how to manage throughput, balance online and in-person orders, and ensure customers aren’t left standing in frustration.

Both of my pizzas were made incorrectly. My two pizza orders had incorrect toppings, were not made well done, were soggy, and were made using the wrong crust. When I returned to the store, they first denied that they were made incorrectly and refused to take me seriously.
Although they eventually agreed to remake the order I was treated disrespectfully by the staff. While waiting for my order, I saw countless other mistakes made by staff and mistreatment of other customers. I waited for over half an hour for my order to be rectified, after placing my order half an hour before I even arrived!
After I got home, I realized my order was made incorrectly again! This time, the order was again made with missing and incorrect toppings. There is clearly a lack of attention to detail with employees at the store.
I called the store and was again treated with disrespect and disregard for my negative experience at Blaze. The employee I spoke to said that he remembered me from my visit earlier, did not believe my order was made incorrectly, demanded to see evidence that my order was made incorrectly, and refused to provide a refund.
I asked to speak to the General Manager of the store; however, the employee claimed that he was the manager himself. The employee was clearly a teenager with limited work experience, as demonstrated by his language, demeanor, and overall tone.
Although I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food at Blaze, I am even more appalled by the customer service. This place used to be fantastic; however, it has gone completely downhill.
