The food was good, but nothing too special. That's the main reason I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1. Why? Service was absolutely horrendous, especially when I went there yesterday night.
Customer service was slower than desert wifi. The cashiers don't care if you're still waiting in line and take their sweet time. When I finally got to order, the food took around 10-12 minutes to complete. Which is fine for a burger joint, actually. However, I walked up when my pager started buzzing, and this bald guy with glasses (who I assume is a manager) puts the bag on the counter, and turns his back towards me the moment he puts it on the counter. So I'm just standing there waiting to show him my receipt and give him back my pager. I wait for about 3 minutes before finally, he turns back from his conversation and takes my pager and receipt. I proceed to grab my milkshake (at this point it had been sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes) and my burger, when baldie suddenly stops me and says ,"Sir, that's not yours". I turn around and tell him that I gave him my receipt, which is right in his hand. He says, "Yes, can I see the receipt please?" I tell him he's holding it right now. He says, "well, can I see it please?" I tell him again that he's holding it right now. This happens for a third time before he finally realizes his mistake. Even though he apologized, this whole encounter permanently soured the experience. Never coming back for burgers at Pac-com again. Very...

Went in, was mid-day but it wasn't too busy. I ordered I believe it's called the Santa Barbara, it's a burger with avocado on sourdough, really tasty. Well u order it with and extra patty cause I was like I said starving, got onion rings a coffee shake and one of their craft juices.
It was a hot day so I wanted to eat in the car with the AC running. I get in, got comfortable and but into that burger and man oh man was it tasty. The meat and avocado were on point and the sourdough was crispy, I was lip smacking. Grabbed an onion rings were hot and crispy and flavorful oh did I mention it was a hot day? I take a big old swig of their house craft juice drink and man hit hit the spot, cooled me down and had me feeling human again.
Scarfed down the rest of my meal like I was a POW and then turn my focus to what was to be the grand finale, the coffee shake.
One big old sip and I was elated. It was good, creamy and cold and on that day what seemed like a divine blessing, yum.
I'll be doing...

I recently indulged in their Chicken Club Sandwich, sans bacon, and let me tell you, it was a revelation. The succulent chicken, nestled between two perfectly toasted buns, was a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate with each bite.
But wait, there's more! The limited-time Garlic Parmesan fries were like tiny parcels of heaven, each crispy morsel coated in a decadent blend of garlic and Parmesan that elevated the humble fry to gourmet status. And let's not forget the sides – a side of ranch, ketchup, and spicy red sauce – because what's a meal without the perfect condiments to accompany it?
As I sat there, savoring every mouthful, I couldn't help but marvel at the stoic elegance of The Habit's ambiance. The subtle lighting, the minimalist decor – it all served to enhance the dining experience, allowing the food to take center stage.
So, if you find yourself in Fremont craving a meal that transcends the...
