Kohl's accepts Amazon returns now, which is super convenient - they pack your item and ship it for free. However when I went to customer service for an Amazon return, I waited for about 15 minutes while the associate helped another customer, which is totally fine, but I had my toddler with me and he was getting antsy, nonetheless I understand that sometimes things take longer. Just as the associate was finishing with the customer, another customer walked right up the counter, past me, waiting to be helped also. I figured that since I had been there first, and the associate had definitely seen me, that she would tell the other customer that I was next in line, but she did not, and proceeded to help the woman. When the associate saw my look of disappointment (my toddler was beginning to run around, bored), she told me that because the woman had an online pick-up, that she would be helped first. Anyhow, she was issued a gift card to be used at a future visit. THIS WAS YESTERDAY! The next customer coming with a box of shoes to ask me to move. I was so dumbfounded I hurriedly put my wallet away and grabbed my bags. To Kohls you may "think" you are the only store left in town but we your customers deserve better service. This is my third experience last time the clerk was so busy waiting for the make Manager to "dance" because she "talked someone into a credit card". Great I appreciate your loyalty and work but when you have 15 people in line and are laughing and talking into your headset while people behind me are grumbling - remember without that customer you would have no opportunity for that credit card offer.
