On 1/24/2025 at around 1:00 p.m. I stopped at the Frenchtown T-Mobile store in Monroe and was not pleased with the service or lack of service. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a male employee who right after I explained that I wanted to see about getting new phone to replace the one I have. He right away stated that he was busy putting new phone cases on the wall rack and that the other worker would be with me when she was off the phone in what appeared from the conversation to be a personal call. After a few minutes she hung up and then just stood at the counter not saying anything. After a couple of minutes, she finally looked up and state, “oh can I help you”. I informed her that I was looking to upgrade my phone and wanted to know some options. She right away and in a nasty tone asked for my ID to scan into her computer. She then checked and stated again in a nasty tone that I didn’t qualify for any upgrades and that she can tell me the cost of each new phone and that “I” could then divide it by 24 and see what the monthly cost was. I then asked about all the specials and messages that I have gotten about being eligible for an upgrade and she stated that I didn’t qualify for any and again I would just have to pay the full amount as T-Mobile don’t just give phones away. Before our conversation was even over, she went back to her cell phone and started looking at that and looked away from me like I could leave now. I then stated, “just forget it, I don’t need this type of service” and left the store. After being a T-Mobile customer for two years for my phones and internet you would think she would have treated me a little better. I just hope she don’t treat all the other customers and other senior citizens like me as she did today. I think it might be time to retrain some employees on what customer service...
Read moreUpgraded 2 phones end of June. When I went there I was told that both phones qualified for $1000 credit towards new phones. Customer service worker went to back grabbed 2 phones that qualified. I was then told that they had to send back the S10 in the exchange which I knew, but the LG phone we didn't have to send back because it's obsolete and Sprint/T-Mobile wouldn't need it. In July I look at my bill and see I am still being charged for the LG. I message the online representative but was told to go to the store. So next day went in to discuss the issue. The customer service person immediately said I was recalling the information wrong from the June encounter and that they won't take phone in exchange because of damage. It was never discussed that was the reason. I explained to him that it was him that day who made these false claims with a raised voice. He then told me to get out of the store and I will no longer be welcomed and that he was going to call the police. I left the store and called customer service and they handled everything immediately to my satisfaction. Just a warning to all this store feed you lies to get you into deals then doesn't back up what they say. Call the customer service number you will be...
Read moreWalk in the store at 2074 North Telegraph Road Monroe, MI seeking help because our hot spot was not working and Marlin Sandiha was more interested that we did not have TMobile services for our phones. I told him lets get our hot spot resolved first and then we will consider T Mobile cell phone service. Marlin is rude and unprofessional and told us we were no longer allowed in his store and hung up on me. 2 days later I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back so I can explain how poorly our customer service experience was with Marlin. He is out of control and I am not the only customer that has had issues with Marlin. Months earlier he was also rude and would not help my sister with her hot spot that was not working. She ended up cancelling her service with TMobile. I am gonna check around for another provider for our hot spot and switch services as...
