El Basha Fresno — Restaurant in Fresno

We were seated and the server asked what we wanted. We ordered waters and hookah. 30 mins later, they never served us. We were the ONLY people there. The waiter came by and asked what we wanted, again. We ordered and he went and sat down. He never attempted to do anything for us. They pretty much refused service for us. So, we walked out.

We will never go to this place again. And I recommend no one ever go here. Not sure how they make any money because no one ever goes here. It is likely a front for money laundry or some type of criminal or illegal activities. Avoid this place like the plague. The 4 star rating is fake and are from "the family."

Awful service! Brought out our food all at different times which was odd. At first they gave us all fountain drinks and when two of us asked for refills they took away our cups and brought back can soda and when I asked for a cup of ice they never brought it back. The workers have little info on how to work a hookah. And more than half of the flavors on the menu they didn't have. They brought out 1 refill but completely forgot to bring out the second flavor we asked for before the second refill we asked for because we had 2 hookahs at our table. When we let 1 of the girls know she brushed it off. Another couldn't careless. There was a guy that helped us and he told us he was just helping out but he seemed to know what he was talking about more than the actual...

Decent prices. I didn't like the fact that I had to clean up the ice that the waitress spilled all over the floor in front of us, and totally ignored it. That was a hazard with the hookah sitting right there, people were walking by and I didn't want anyone to get hurt. It was also the issue of my boyfriend's cup being cracked and most of his drink that he paid for was wasted on the table. He got another cup but there was no offer to replace his drink. He didn't break that cup. I've been a waitress, server and bussed tables before so I know what should have been done as far as an employee, it's not the customers job to fix...
