I started my experience with the company with one of the owners George in Clovis Location. What a service oriented experience. As there business has grown I was urged to try the Shaw Location. Michael a owner and manages the Shaw and Blackstone LOCATION RELUCTANT AT FIRST but I went to see Michael Within the 15 minutes of meeting Michael He has set in motion resolution to 6 months of struggles that I had been experiencing but the primary providers FAILED TO SUPORT. ALL THREE PROVIDERS I PAY GOOD MONEY YEARLY QUUCK BOOKS MICROSOFT VERIZON SATURDAY AFTERNOON I WALKED OUT OF MEETING WITH MICHAEL AND WITHIN MINUTES OF ARRIVING BACK AT OFFICE MY WIFE AND I WERE ABLE TO HAVE QUUCK BOOKS FUNCTIONING ON NEW COMPUTER WHILE MICHAEL WAS RUNNING DIAGNOSTIC ON THE PRIMARY OLD COMPUTER. MICHAEL HAD DIAGNOSIS COMPLETED BY SUNDAY AFTER OVER NIGHT TEST WERE COMPLETED. BY MONDAY MORNING HAD FULL DATA RECOVERY COMPLETED ON A BARELY FUNCTIONING COMPUTER. THE ONLY DELAY CREATED WAS FROM ME NOT BE ABLE TO GET BACK TO UTECH DUE TO MY WORK LOAD. IN 40 YEARS OF BUSSINESS OWNER EXPERIENCE WITH TECH I HAVE NEVER HAD BETTER SERVICE

Read moreSo I went in because my laptop had virus. I tried saving it by resetting it but it came with a new problem couldn’t turn on. I was scared because I barely have this laptop. So I decided to go to these guys. The customer service was good. They got back to me the timeframe they said. It was small timeframe a day or two. They were able to fix my laptop an turn down the virus. The price felt right way better than paying for a new laptop. Literary saved me from buying a new laptop that I was looking at probably $400 if I took that path on buying a new one. I am deeply grateful. I was skeptical going into places like these but I took a chance on these guys an they saved me. I am deeply grateful. I would go again for a battery change...
Read moreCompletely dissatisfied. Paid $40 for them to tell me they couldn’t get the data off my computers hard drive and tried to refer me to another company that I’m sure was going to cost me an arm and a leg. Won’t come here ever again.
The general manager David from the blackstone store called me and asked me to bring the computer to him and said he would try to get the data that he felt he would be able to and when I got to the store everyone was so kind and I met Roman the general manager from the Shaw store I had first taken it to and he reassured me they would do everything to try to help me. So I’m hopeful now I’ll be able to get what I need. 🙏
