First of all I would like to thank the sales staff for all the help. My experience was not a great one . I went on December to get a couple of suits . I went to the Fresno store because is specialized on suits and they do the alterations too. I end up buying 4 suits for a good price and I was happy about that. I try the first suit and the tailor went and take measurements to fit it to my size . I thought it was a little big for me but They said that it looked good and I personally believed that they knew better than me since that’s a store where you can go and find professional people to help. I tried another 2 suits but I didn’t try the 4th one because they didn’t have my size. So I had to wait . I Pay over 200 dollars in alterations that day.I picked up the suits couple of weeks after and I asked for the other suit that they order. But they order the wrong size. But it was not a problem to me. So I took the suits and when I got home I put the in the closet. On January 28 ( 1 month after the purchase ) I tried one of the suits because I was going to wear one on February 1st . None of the suits fit . So I went back to the store and told them the problem and I also asked for the other suit. A different tailor came and take measurements and she agree that whoever did it the first time they didn’t do a good job. So she was gonna do more alterations and of course I needed to pay more money. So they give me the suit that they order and when I put it on the tailor said . How come you guys didn’t give him a smaller size. This is not his size. So they gave me a smaller size on a different suit but same color . They told me that it was a price difference (125 dollars more) at that point I agree to pay the extra charge. That day I pay 375 dollars in alterations plus the 125 dollars difference for the other suit . But I think I would of save money if it wasn’t because they gave me a size to big. I also bought 4 shirts and when I try one to put it on with one of the suits that I already owned I noticed that the shirt was also one size bigger. After all of this I was not happy at all. Nothing fit. Now I’m waiting for my suits to be ready hoping that this time they fit the way that they supposed to. By the way . The tailor that took measurements on January seem to know more than the other. Great sales people . But not a good experience for me. I almost pay the same amount of money on alterations that what I spend...
Read moreThere was potential, but going to Men's Warehouse in Fresno turned into one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. My husband and I went in looking to complete a look for a wedding he is in. We wandered the store unable to tell who worked there and who didn't. All workers seemed busy at first and we barley got one or two questions answered. The crowd of customers died down, but we still weren't helped. We quickly realized why. We were there on a Sunday while football was on. There were at least 3 workers gathered around the TV in the back just watching the game. We finally found someone on the floor and asked for assistance with finding my husband's shirt size. He was helping another customer so he called Bryan over. Bryan was so engrossed in the game that his name had to be called multiple times before he came over. He measured my husband's neck and immediately went back to the game. We didn't know the rest of my husband's shirt size, and Bryan had already disappeared. My husband was ready to leave the store because the service was so bad. I got so fed up I went to the men watching football and asked if they worked there. Two of them (one being Bryan) said they did. Only when I informed them that we needed help, did we get any. Bryan did not help us; the other associate did. We could tell the entire time that he didn't want to assist and just wanted to get back to the game. We finally got what we needed. We couldn't even be rung up without the associate talking to his coworkers about football. I couldn't fully tell who the manager was but he was either just as into the game as everyone else or didn't care enough about the customers to turn the TV off. This was a terrible experience where we had to work more to get helped than the associates...
Read morePurchased a suit for a wedding. Since day 1 I have received horrible customer service. Specifically from Roger. I went in to get fitted on 9/22/17. Upon driving home, I realized that Roger had added an item to my purchase without my knowledge. After comparing receipts with the rest of the groomsmen, I called the store and told them I will not be paying for the additional item. I arrived at 2pm on 10/5/17 to pick up up my suit. After waiting approximately 15 mins I was told my suit was not ready but the tailor was working on it as we speak. This told me they forgot about it. Instead of apologizing, Roger said I was 5 hours early anyways and I would have to come back at 7pm. I explained to him that I live in Madera (30 min away) and the receipt says pick up on 10/5/17 BY 7pm. I asked Roger why they waited until the last minute to do the alterations. I reminded him that I came in 2 weeks ago! Roger continued to make excuses and attempted to deflect the blame. I proceeded to question Roger about the additional item he added to my purchase without my knowledge. His reply was that it's part of a "package" that every employee should be using. I asked how come he didn't add this "package" to the rest of the groomsmen he had helped. He didn't have an answer. I also told him I have bought/rented multiple suits from here before and have never seen this particular item added to my purchase. His reply was that other employees must not be doing their job. It became clear to me that Roger is practicing some shady salesmen tactics. I am having my wedding next fall and was planning on using this Men's Wearhouse but after this experience, I am exploring...
