If I could give this place NEGATIVE 10 stars I would! We ordered a sectional set with an ottoman in mid December. The sectional had arrived a bit sooner then expected but the ottoman had not but would be in in about 2 weeks. No problem... We waited to have both delivered together. Sectional arrived on 02/16/21 but no ottoman!!! I had to call and ask for the ottoman, they NEVER bothered to call and let me know the ottoman had allegedly arrived but was wrong pattern. They said they would put a rush on NEW ottoman.. I called the store the very next morning and advised the wedge of the sectional had a hole in the front, one of the pillows had arrived dirty as well as many other poor quality issues! They advised they would see what could be done by manufacturer and would call me as soon as they had an answer. NO CALL...EVER! They finally said the manufacturer would not cover anything and that I would need to contact a 3rd party and take it up with them... After numerous calls to the store and no one EVER KNOWING what was going on and the person I had to speak to was not in the office but assured they’d call me the next day, of which they NEVER did.. Apparently the ottoman had been in the warehouse but because it was not entered in the system correctly they were unaware it was in and therefore not there fault! Angie said because I live in Los Baños they could not deliver until today! Apparently the delivery truck hit another car, and was not going to make today after all! Angie said she’d contact the manager to see what could be done and would call me back in 15 minutes.. NO CALL!!! I called back and asked for the manager 40 minutes later but apparently the manager is gone for the day and will call me tomorrow! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! Read moreI wish there was a ZERO star for rating. Long story short, furniture delivered in July, it was purchased back in March. Furniture delivered with broken headboard lighting. Service was called out x3 but far apart as in 1 service in a couple to few weeks at a time. Nothings been fixed as of today. Sectional had a hole in it, we got numerous countless "I DO APOLOGIZE" each time we get a respond. Nothing offer to resolve anything but brushing us off & run around. It's August and we are living with broken headboard & hole in sectional & dresser mirror warped after paying over 14k to furnish our home. I am beyond disappointed & now furious after we told them we don't want the furniture and would like to return it since it's taking them several months just to replace OR offer to get the problem solve, they told us once furniture enter a home, they cannot take it back. So likely they are saying that THEIR QUALITY CHECKS FAILED, BUT WE HAVE TO LIVE WITH BROKEN FURNITURE & THEY CANNOT ACCEPT IT BACK. ALL BROKEN PIECES AND ITEMS WERE PHOTOGRAPHED & SENT TO THEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER DELIVERY GUYS LEFT, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS OUT OF THIS WORLD. WE ASK THEM TO WORK WITH US & WE WILL FIX IT OURSELVES, STILL NOTHING, NOT EVEN A WORD FROM ANYONE. AFTER I'VE ASKED THROUGH TEXTING W/ SERVICE COORDINATOR FOR THEIR PERSON IN CHARGE OF THEIR LEGAL MATTERS, SHE REPLIED WITH, I WILL HAVE THE MANAGER CALL YOU SHORTLY. Read moreLet me start off by saying our initial recommendation would have been 5 stars. The salesman was helpful and you can't beat 0 percent financing. However, once our furniture was delivered, it quickly went downhill. They only delivered one nightstand, stating that the other was on back order. Ok, that's fine, but after calling the office, we found out that it just wasn't sent (not that big of a deal). The furniture for our master bedroom is amazing, we have no issues with it.
On to our sons bunk bed....which is a whole other issue that to this day, 3 WEEKS later, is still a problem. Turns out, upon delivery and installation, they find out that it's missing hardware. They assembled part of the bed and left everything in the boys room. We figured ok, we will just lock the room because we have a 2 year old that gets into EVERYTHING and the last thing we want is for him to hurt himself on a big pile of wood and miscellaneous hardware. We called the office and were assured that the hardware is on it's way (like I said, that was THREE WEEKS AGO).
Now we have a bedroom that we cannot use and all I want is for them to pick up the pile of wood that is a bunk bed, which they refuse to do. We don't want to move the bed because god forbid something happens and we're held liable for their mistake (not to mention where would we put it?).
My boys still cannot use their room and it's becoming the biggest burden. Had I known this going in, I wouldn't have even gotten the bunk bed. I'd love for them to take it and refund us that money, however anytime we call we pretty much get a huge F* you! To make matters worse, the entire state is in a shelter in place, the hardware is somewhere in SF, there is no end in site. I will never purchase from this...
