AWFULL service at the blackstone and rialto location!!! I went yesterday night 4/3/2025 at 9:30pm
When placing my order at the drive-in, the employee taking my order was extremely rude. She kept interrupting after every item, asking, "What size?" in a monotone voice before I could even finish speaking. When she finally gave me my total-around $12 for a Nerds Slush, Twisted Flamingo, and fries we inserted our card to pay, but nothing happened. We waited 15 MINS without any update, only to hear other cars being told to go to the window after also waiting a long time ??? Confused, we drove to the window and repeated our order, only to be told that no one had ever taken it. It was frustrating and confusing because we had clearly spoken to someone , and I even recognized the voice of the same employee who initially took our order. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, they simply said, "Oh, well, nobody took your order, so we can just take it right here." and seemed agitated or didn’t belive that we were waiting in the parking lot. we ended up leaving with no food cuz the 2 girls working were VERY rude even when we said nvm it’s ok n pulled off the girl said very sarcasticly “ok have a good one”. I also tried to call the store today to share my complaint with the manager and it wouldn’t connect me, instead when calling the number google provided for sonic, a automated voice says that “the call cannot be completed as dialed” so i’m sure they do this often if they disconnected the phone!! Read moreI JUST WANT TO SAY I HAD BY FAR THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I WENT AS A CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE A MEAL WITH MY CO WORKERS. WE PARKED THE CAR AND WE DECIDED ON WHAT TO GET, I PUSHED THE BUTTON AND IT TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER ME. ONCE THEY WANTED TO TAKE OUR ORDER THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE A GENTLEMEN. HE ASKED IF I WAS READY TO ORDER I SAID YES AND I TRYD EXPLAINING ON WHAT I WANTED BUT HE STAYED QUIT AND DID NOT RESPOND BACK TO ME. I GOT FRUSTED AND I PRESSED THE RED BUTTON ONCE AGAIN AND A GIRL ANSWERED ME THIS TIME BUT I HAD NO RESPOND AGAIN. I DECIDED TO GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH THIS TIME BUT IT TOOK FOREVER AND I GOT TO THE SPEAKER READY TO ORDER AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER ONCE AGAIN. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT ON MY LUNCH TIME AS WELL. Read moreTo say that I am disappointed in the level of service is an understatement. My partner brought me to sonic because I was craving a slush. We pull up to the car stall and we were told to go through the drive thu by an attendant. We go to the drive thru and were immediately told “sorry we’re closed for the night” my partner let the individual that we were just told to go through the drive thru. There was silence and he said “hello” and all of the lights get shut off on us. I get off the truck and ask for everyone’s names, the girl asks why and I told her because the level of service was appalling. She immediately tries to recover by saying she’s the manager on duty and proceeds to tell me the “oil” is being replaced. I then repeated back how bad it looks as a manager on her that they shut the lights off on customers after being told to go through the drive thru. When asked for the general managers name she said “I’m not allowed to give that Information”. Had the manager initially apologized for the miscommunication we wouldn’t have been upset.
