Embarc Dispensary — Local services in Fresno

This was my go to place for all things cannabis related, however, there have been recent changes that prevent me from giving the full five star review.

No doubt their customer service is top notch. I order online, and go to the store for pickup. On every visit, the wait times were amazingly short, and every representative was attentive and professionally friendly. Care was always made to verify quantities and helpful advice given when asked about product options.

However, the location does suffer from lack of parking. Not necessarily the fault of the store, and not the reason for the four star review.

The issue that I have, is that their online product availability is no longer reflective of actual products available in the store. I would browse online and see so many of my favorite items not available, and make alternate purchases. And yet arrive at the store to find an abundance of the missing online product on the shelves.

The store online interface has grown more cumbersome as well, making it more difficult to add items to the cart, as the cart sidebar will open with no actual products being added. Disabling privacy addons and trying different browsers sometimes helps, but not always. The app interface is a little more streamlined, and maybe I am a little too old school being a desktop PC user.

All in all it is a great store and it is great to see them expand. I anticipate trying their other locations and all the new options opening up...

Came in for the "get away bag" No where did it say I could not get two. The girl was just pissy to me that morning. I asked her to ask the manager and that pissed her off more. She left and came back and said the manager said to go to the other store on Shaw. I'm super glad. The embarc on Shaw is so much better. The people are nice and seem like they actually want to be there. At the embarc on Shaw they're very knowledgeable and ready to help.

Everytime I go in this store I get the best service. Bobbi was an excellent example of great customer service. She went was very knowledgeable about the merchandise.
