My son decided early today that he wanted to try Wienerschnitzel today... so there we went. 1st thing tgat struck me us the awkward way you are in the street while in their "drive thru"... for a business that has been there since 1968, you would think that they would have figured a better way to get customers in the drive thru in a safer manner. Great customer service as we ordered, but when we pulled up and were waiting to pay, the stream of obscenities being thrown around by the two employees made me turn red as I had son in the car. On to the food.. my son felt the chili dogs were good, the fries were goid and he like his oreo shake. I had the orange shake which left a lot to be desired. Read moreSlow service, even when they have 6 people in that little hut, the service takes forever. They don't park cars and have the workers the orders out to the cars to save any semblance of window time, or to avoid major back up in the drive thru and out to the street. On top of that, I watched a young woman walk to out corn dogs in the deep fryer, carrying an armful of the food items without any GLOVES. That was a huge red flag. Then I saw other workers handling hotdog buns and making the hotdogs while holding the buns in their hands, also without gloves! Gross! How is that not a flagrant disregard to health and safety standards not to mention, it's freaking COVID. Never going back to this location again, and if all locations use the same practices,...
