Sorry to not give a good review to this please. I was shopping at Kaleidoscope and the Psychedelic Wizard for a very long time. Sadly, upon going in for the first time in many years I found the person behind the counter was more interested in playing with their phone then in business. This person could not even answer the simplest of questions about their stock. His desire to get back to his phone and get us out of the store really cost him. He got the sale of a new $14 pipe but missed out on a possible $200 to $300 sale of a vaping unit for flower. Next time someone wants to ask you about your merchandise take time to talk to...

Terrible customer service have been trying to purchase a water pipe for 9 months first the owner claims she forgot to order the pipe. Now the company is out of business, then she tells me to call back in a couple of hours and she will create one with other pipe pieces. When I call back she puts on hold for 5 minutes and I hang up. Over the 9 months I made several calls to her regarding her getting the pipe. I used to really like this place but it just sucks horrible way to treat...

worse place ever they have poor. customer service product that breaks on you and because I didn't double down on profit I made they cancel my subscription and they even pocketed some of my profit so watch out they will take you money too and tell you "oh, you didn't know" there were no sign saying that they do that and I was t informed on it they just take your money and make stuff up as they go I REPEAT DO NOT INVEST...
