Vanilla Chai w/ OatMilk 25% sweetness and Pumpkin Cloud foam: 6/10 isn't traditional chai, definitely mixed w/ black tea, not spiced, plain, tastes watered down, but still drinkable. If you like a basic chai you will definitely enjoy this. I would recommend asking for an extra scoop of chai if you like strong chai, & getting this item at 50% sweetness, and ditching thr pumpkin for Vanilla if you want to try the Cloud foam.

Strawberry Matcha Latte w/ Vanilla Cloud Foam: 6/10 Mild, bland, not very sweet, but doesn't taste earthy. The strawberry is good, definitely fresh, but doesn't add any sweetness or complimenting flavors to the matcha. If you're a matcha girlie like me, I would recommend ditching the Strawberry, adding Vanilla or Brown Sugar to this (if available) and getting this item extra sweet. I also feel that adding Brown Sugar Boba to this elevating this drinking to an 8/10. Side note: I ordered on DD, and milk substitutions weren't available for this item, so if your lactose intolerant and would like to try this item, I would recommend ordering in store and asking about milk substitutions.

Overall 6/10, but I will be trying different versions of these items & other items on the menu at a later date. This is just my opinion, & I hope y'all enjoy.

If you really do love strawberries tho, those strawberries in the Matcha were fresh af & I would definitely recommend getting one of their other drinks featuring strawberries as the main character. Strawberries were so so so effing good. 10/10 on that strawberry jam. Not sweet, but super fresh...

I've had the RareTea in Clovis and was pretty excited when this location opened. Unfortunately, my experience was distasteful. I went with my fiance and brother in laws to their soft opening, I understand it can get hectic and people are still learning, but a worker felt the need to lecture my brother in law. Basically, my brother in law grabbed the wrong drink because it was placed near his order of drinks. The cashier who placed all the drinks with eah other watched us take the drinks and she did not say anything. She simply watched us take the drinks. We all were already out the door and a worker ran to him and asked why he took it in a rude tone. It was a simple mistake that blew out of proportion. I hope my next experience will be...

This place used to be good when it first opened. Now the staff is always in a hurry to get you out. The staff, especially the guys who work there, are never friendly. The customer service is pretty sad at this place. The Thai tea doesn't even taste like Thai tea. I have a feeling the tea is from a powder. I have been to several other places, including authentic Thai restaurants to get Thai tea, and Rare Tea just never tastes like the other Thai teas. It's very flavorless. Whatever cream they use leaves your mouth super oily. This place also says they use Thai tea without food coloring. In my opinion, they use tea that has food coloring.
