1 star honest review from the previous Assistant Manager at Deli Delicious. Came in today at 3pm to pick up my phone order, and to catch up with the Store Manager Tina. Walked in, store looked like a mess as always. Sandwich tables were not cleaned. Their prep area had not been swept. Asked to talk to the Store Manager and waited for over 30 minutes even though I could clearly see her slicing meat. Seems like no one wanted to work there. BIG SURPRISE WHY I'M NOT THERE ANYMORE...
Going on, while I was waiting for 30 minutes for the Store Manager, a customer comes in to make a BIG SCHOOL ORDER! Dylan automatically ran to the store manager to deal with it, and it seemed like no one wanted to help this lady. She wanted to make an order for 30 small sandwiches for a school yet it seemed like NO ONE wanted to help her.
Here I am, no longer working for Deli Delicious, trying to help her make her decision and coaching Olivia how to process this big order. Again, where is the Store Manager to take this big order?
Once it was 3:30, I politely excused myself. I don't even work for Deli Delicious anymore but yet, here I am, by chance, helping this lady with her big school order with Olivia...

Read moreThis has been a family favorite for years. Today I took my daughter there and ordered us sandwiches as usual. I asked for a tuna sandwich with swiss. Even tipped on a "to go" order as usual. Only to come home to find that I was given turkey with sprouts (which I can't stand). That's fine, everyone makes mistakes. However, I called and let them know that it was incorrect and asked for a replacement. I was unable to come in the same day and they refused to replace it stating that it had to be brought back in, completely uneaten, the same day. The mistake was not my own and we had somewhere to be and could not come in. It's unheard of to pay that much for a cold cut sandwich, that I don't even like, and didn't order, without them replacing it. Even McDonald's replaces my order when they get it wrong without giving me the third degree. I've been a loyal customer from the start, brought friends and family in, and I don't think that's good business at all. You're not McDonald's. You're also not an upscale restaurant. When I went in here I had no idea what I was ordering (it was my first time at a deli delicious in a long time). The cashier helped me figure out what I wanted for myself and my family, even though it took a while she and the employee that helped her didn't seem to get upset or try to rush us. After we ordered the employee that was helping came back to me to confirm the order was right because she had heard me say that I wanted my sandwiches toasted and the order I put in was for a cold sandwich, and also fixed the order for me.
