Yosemite Market — Local services in Fresno

I designated this location as my UPS AccessPoint, meaning that any package delivered to me via UPS would be delivered here since I am not home all the time and hate going back and forth with the delivery guy. My package got there, I got the e-mail saying it was ready for pick up but I couldn't get there to pick it up until about 4 days later. When I got there, there was some tweaker looking lady sitting behind the counter, watching the TV. Some other guy took my ID and went to look for my package, then came back in less than a minute and said he couldn't find it, took my number and said he would call when he did. The next morning I called and he said flat out, "Nope couldn't find it, you gotta contact UPS. I called them and filed a claim. I got a call back saying that apparently someone went into the store "posing as me" on the day it was delivered. I said that is impossible considering the package was bought for me by my stepmother who lives in FLORIDA and has never been to Fresno and is not acquainted with anyone here except for ME. It was ordered in her name and sent directly to me by the manufacturer. I think you can guess where I am going with this - THESE BASTARDS STOLE MY PACKAGE. And a week before Christmas too. Nice and friendly customer service and has everything except for hard alcoholic beverages just wine and beer. I had to give it 4 star only because I was given a counterfeit 5 dollar bill back in change one night didn't notice it til next morning so I went to let them know and they wouldn't acknowledge what they did and it being 5 dollars I let it go but just be more aware of how this store...
