Dervo’s Deli and Grill — Restaurant in Fresno

Food is fantastic, customer service is terrible on the other hand. They forgot a full fries and when I called them back (store pick up)they were all anxious and finally after being on hold for several times a " manager" wanted the card that I didn't have on myself(paid by Samsung pay) or have me drive back 14 miles lol to get the fries. We agreed next time which was going to be the next day when I go in I can get a full fries instead. I went in today and these kids were playing with me , the curly hair guy with glasses and in piercings kept telling me "I have no idea what you're talking about " I went over the phone conversation from day before he kept telling me "we don't have a manager" . Lies are the worst things that will ruin your name. You can keep the change if you are this cheap. Story short, I didn't get my refund nor my fries. Use their so called service at...

I wanted to take a moment to express my absolute delight. I came from British Columbia for a family reunion and was invited to lunch at Dervo's.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Now, onto the main attraction – the sandwiches. They are, without a doubt, some of the best I've ever had. Each bite is a burst of flavour, and the quality of the ingredients shines through.

What truly sets this sandwich shop apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to accommodate our special requests.

I can't say enough good things about Dervo's. It's a place where I felt like a customer and a welcomed guest. Thank you for making a "Happy Family Reunion".

Today, the girl cooking our food was digging in her hair with her gloves on touching the walls.so I stood up and walked over to watch them cook our food she then ask me what I want I told her my food then she's tells me it takes 15 minutes to cook a burger I then ask for a refund on the way walking out she said why did he come looking at me .so she knew she was wrong, plus we was there 5 minutes before a lady walked in and ordered food pay for it and got hers in 5 minutes, but my sons burger takes 15 minutes.
