Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Fresno

Ordered two brisket burgers,potato wedges and an order of the cheese curd type things. Our order was placed at 12,was supposed to be ready for pickup by 12:30 and we don't get our food until just about 1. The restaurant was super loud inside and the majority of the employees working there we could see standing in the back laughing and joking around on their phones and ignoring the people waiting and when asked about our order the lady helping just kept repeating that it would be out in a moment.We aren't unreasonable If we received good and hot food the time and carefree attitude of the employees wouldn't have mattered to us because we know cooking can take time but that wasn't the case. All our food was ice cold so what could have possibly taken so long? They had multiple pick ups waiting for a long time and several of them were already upset by time we came in saying they had waited so long with one lady coming in from a curbside pick up stating noone even came out to her and it had been almost an hour but thats not our story.They didn't bring out our food until we stated wanting a refund instead of getting our order and honestly I wish we had just done so bc the food we got was SO DRY and cold I didn't even eat more than two bites of the burger and much like everything else the flavor itself was great. If they had put more than a drop of BBQ sauce on it and didn't give me a patty that was probably sitting there for hours it would have been really good. The food has potential but when people get lazy it effects the quality of the food. The potato wedges were cold but they were seasoned really well. Cheese curds again were cold but I could see that if they were atleast warm they would've been good. Overall it was a last minute decision bc the restaurant we wanted was closed by time my husband got off of work due to him having to stay late so we gave this place a chance. I can say with complete confidence that this was the first and last time I'm going to be ordering food from here just due to the bad service and lack of care in the expensive food they serve. The whole experience was disappointing bc I could see the potential in the food but having spent that much money just to go to bed starving I can say with complete confidence that I would've rather have went to McDonald's. Atleast if I got cold dry food from there it wouldn't have been a waste of a bunch of money. Not everyone can afford to waste $70 in...

This was my 3rd time with in the last year that I pay a visit here. For the most part I’m always usually satisfied with the visit. But, tonight the service and the food were by far the worst I’ve had anywhere. I Can tell the isn’t at the server went to out able that she didn’t seem to want to serve us. Tonight’s visit consisted of of myself and two of my teen children. We asked for our drinks and asked for extra time for us to order our food. She brought the kids drinks and let me know mine would take a little as the bar was backed up, no biggie I understand. I asked for a water no ice in the mean time. The place was a bit busy so I understood why it took her a bit to bring the water. Once she did bring it over she brought a cup full of ice with water and before I could say anything, she walk off. No problem I waited for her to come by which was a while, and I said can you please bring me a water no ice? She said sure I’ll be back took her a long while then came with my drink and I said I did not want ice in my water Can you bring me one with no ice please. My son said I’ll keep the water with ice and I told her, my son will keep the water with ice and she said ok cool grabbed the water with ice and took off. I looked at her service with the other tables and she seemed cool and attentive to them but not with our table. She finally came to our table and took our order, and It took 35 minutes to get our appetizer and we could tell it has been sitting there for a while (dry stiff brisket and somewhat stale tortilla chips) we were hungry and I let that go and we decided to dig in. She didn’t bother to check for out food and after another 20 minutes after we got our appetizer she said you all good? Do you need anything? We said, is it going to be much longer before we get out food? She said oh let me go check. Came out with food and my sons order was incorrect. We had to wait another 20 minutes for them to come out with his correct order. And after some time she says is it correct this time? This was my first visit to this venue. There were three of us. The first impression that I got when arriving was that they must be closed. Their posted hours of operation say they are open until 1am. I was arriving at 10pm and there were no parking lot lights, the restaurant sign was barely lit and the lighting that showed the way to the entrance was also not on. Once inside, the sports bar atmosphere was welcoming, not so loud you can't think. We were seated in the bar area. Our server (whose name I failed to write down) arrived in a timely manner with menus and got us started with our beverages (note to BWW management, that's a good place to begin upselling). We ordered the a couple of the Medium sized boneless chicken wings and our server patiently gave us the run down on the various dipping sauces. We weren't sure which ones would work with the various wings flavors, so we deferred to her expert judgement. We also ordered a couple of the double burger specials located on the menu insert. I'm not sure if the wings are considered appetizers because ours came out with the burgers. It wasn't a big deal in the end. Now, to the most important part of a review: the food. The wings weren't what I would call the great. It's like a burger joint with an okay signature item, a little disappointing. The flavors weren't complimentary to the sauces, something I would think needs a top priority in this setting. The burgers weren't what our party expected either. They were dry, and lacked visual appeal. Now, I'm not going to throw Buffalo wild wings under the bus on this my first visit. It is possible that I didn't find that item that will cement me as a future guest just yet.
