Pearl Tea House — Restaurant in Fresno

I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because of the following reasons. Me and family started coming to this place since ages ago and went like 2-3 times a week. I admitted that it has the best boba drinks in town, and none of the boba places in town can compares to this place. It was just that the prices are ridiculous. A $20 can barely pay for 3 small drinks. Another reason was the free drink. They have a stamped card that every 10 drinks give you a free drink. Every times me and family went we usually ordered 3-4 drinks each time which doesn’t take us long to get the free drink. But after a while the wife doesn’t seemed too happy to give us the free drink. Whenever we asked for a new stamped card she would said she ran out and instead of do something like stamp on our receipt she would just acted like we didn’t asked her anything and we just ended up with no stamped with that purchases. She doesn’t seems willing to give you a new stamped card so she always said she ran out...who knows she would have lied about it.

The wife doesn’t give us that welcome face when she supposed to because we are the ones that will help her stay in business. So finally, we stopped going to this place like how we used to. And now we go to other boba drinks that are way cheaper with more welcome. We only go back there once in a long time, if we really craves for the drinks and we no longer asked for the...

My family and I have been loyal customers here since forever. I’ve been coming here with my siblings and my mother ever since I was in 1st grade. I am now 30. This place brings a lot of great memories for me that I cherish a lot. I moved out of town many years ago and came back just recently to visit. I had to make a stop.

The quality of the drinks were just as good as I remembered them. They were a bit pricey for two drinks that came out to $15. It is about a dollar extra for boba/toppings which I think is a lot. However, the service was wonderful and the lobby is still closed.

I’ve tried almost every bubble tea shop in town and know boba so well that I think this is the BEST boba shop in town. I’d recommend this place over and over again and would fully support it as they are a local family in town and Pearl Tea House must be doing something right to still be operating.

Price is expensive. I have been here twice. The first time I had a good experience. I was excited to enjoy a boba drink. I went with my niece we both liked our drink. I was upset that they did not have any coffee so I had to choose a different drink. But, that gave me an opportunity to find out I like Thai coffee :D This time I went they did not have the same drink I wanted to try the 1st time. Not only that but I was charge for adding caramel into my drink. I don't remember that from the previous time. I mean I was forced to choose another drink, you would think I should be allowed to add the caramel since the drink I wanted has caramel.
