Absolutely horrible experience and completely unprofessional. I went in to try this salon after seeing a Groupon deal, even though I usually go to professional lash techs. I asked for a “D curl” and “14 length,” but received neither, my eyes were burning the whole time, and one eye is noticeably less full than the other.

The main issue was the manager, Daisy. She harassed me, screamed at me so loudly her gum literally fell out of her mouth, and blocked my way, threatening to call the cops over a voucher she couldn’t find. I showed her my bank statement proving I had already paid, and she showed me on her iPad that I had already paid, but she continued yelling at me. I had to leave to use the bathroom because she wouldn’t stop. After coming out of the bathroom her mood had a sudden shift. she told me it was okay to leave and leave a 5 star review, but this threatening, intimidating behavior was completely unacceptable and seemed off after just threatening to call the cops on me.

I later contacted Groupon and found out my voucher had already been redeemed by her the whole time—Daisy falsely accused me of not paying. Between the painful, unsatisfactory lashes and the verbal harassment and intimidation, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. Do not go here. Fire Daisy and shut...

I had a very disappointing experience at this place that I feel compelled to share. I booked a full set of lashes, expecting a professional service, but ended up with irritated and watery eyes instead. The appointment lasted for 90 minutes, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. To make matters worse, when I presented my Groupon, the technician refused to honor the discounted price and insisted I pay the full amount. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after the discomfort I experienced during the service. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism, the technician was dismissive and unkind. Ultimately, she decided to remove the lashes, but the process was just as frustrating. Super burning and irritated eyes and She left an excessive amount of glue on my natural lashes, which is concerning for both their health and appearance. There was another lady who had better customer service and a smile nice face i can’t recall her name . I was also uncomfortable when I was offered injectable treatments like Botox and fillers during my lash session—something I believe is not only unprofessional but potentially illegal in this context.
