Ohana Pet Resort — Local services in Frisco

We're so glad to have found a great place to board our dogs! After calling a few places in the area, Board Bungalow really showed up for our dogs! Stella is not a fan of other dogs besides her brother, and shockingly a lot of places around the area do not accommodate that. I started to feel a little defeated when calling around and everyone was telling me she couldn't be boarded there, so I was so so grateful to finally have found BB. Our smaller dog Brody takes meds and they made sure to keep up with those for us too, and provide suites for our dogs to stay together. Oh! They're also awesome because we had to leave town a day earlier than expected and when I called them hoping they'd have room for them to come a day early, the made it work for us! That was a huge stress relief.

They also offer a lot of different services too, so it was nice to be able to get the dogs nails trimmed too, and will definitely utilize their other groomer services in the future. Before I left someone told me about their fb group where they post pictures of the dogs playing everyday. It gave me something to look forward to and I was glad to see them having a good time there. Another thing that was nice was when I picked them up all of their things I brought in to them was labeled. That was a such a small touch, but it's nice to know that they make sure all of their things have their names on them so they don't get misplaced or accidentally go home with someone else. We will obviously be back to board our dogs in the future. Being new in town, I'm so grateful for such good first time experience for our dogs so I don't have to hunt around for one more new thing/place...

I believe the staff takes good care of the dogs here. The first time I used them I was gone for five days I called to check on my dog and I never heard back from any of the staff, that was frustrating and unfortunately that left a bad taste in my mouth, but I thought I would give them another shot when I to kennel my dog again. I missed the 11-1 Sunday pickup window and came at 5 instead. I was charged an additional $16 for 4 hours. When I drop the dog off I said I would try to be there by one but I wasn’t sure I would be able to make it. It honestly seems really silly to be charged $16 for 4 hours. I wonder if I had told them I would be there at five and picked her up at one, if they would’ve credited me $16. Their cancellation policy, non-refundable deposit policy, and Sunday pick-up arrangement are not as flexible as I need it to be. The second time I kenneled my dog there there was a sweet note about her temperament and her experience at the Bungalo, and both times my dog seemed happy to be there. If it wasn’t for my frustration about the financial aspect of their policies I would give...

This Pet Resort is unlike any other. Let me tell you why it's all about the people. The employees and the owner are true 100% Dog lovers and dog experts. I have 2 very rambunctious, very loving standard poodles, they have a ton of energy. They are a lot of work and they can be quite a handful at times but the staff at Ohana knew exactly what to do with them. I have never seen my dogs so happy so well-adjusted and so immaculately cared for. I cannot say enough about Danielle, Emily Miley, Becky, the entire crew. They have taken the best care of my dogs and I do not worry about them a single bit. I constantly get pictures and updates on how they're doing. And they can be reached and talked to and communicated with very easily. All in all, I have boarded my pets all over the country at lots of boarding facilities. And have never seen a staff or a facility like Ohana. You cannot go wrong. Bring your animals here and you can rest assured they will be receiving the best...
