My sister had an unexpected death in her future in-laws' family. I was to order a flower arrangement on my family's behalf, but it was all so sudden that I had to locate a florist quickly. The funeral services were out of town for us, so I looked on Google for a florist in Frisco and saw the good reviews for Simply Blessed Flowers and called them first thing Saturday morning. I knew that florists are closed on Sundays and the flowers had to be at the funeral home early Monday so I was nervous I wouldn't be able to find anyone that could do an arrangement on such short notice. The lady I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable and gave me many suggestions. She assured me it was not a problem at all to get the flowers to the funeral home early Monday. The staff there was very proactive and called the funeral home to confirm the services. They even caught a typo on the name of the deceased (my fault)! The staff was kind enough to text me a picture of the flower arrangement, and it was absolutely gorgeous! My sister and the family of the deceased were very pleased. I learned of this local floral shop as a friend ordered me an arrangement from them and it was so beautiful, I knew I needed to use them for Mother’s Day.

Parking is plentiful as it is a vast lot. You can’t miss the shop as you pull into the shopping center. The ladies working were quick to greet and quick to get the arrangement to me! So pleasant and even talked to me about the arrangement and pointed out the flowers that would continue to open more as I know nothing about flowers!

I purchased the Gentle Heart arrangement for pick-up. The quality of the flowers, the vase and the price were beyond fair! Great attention to detail, it was clearly made with care. I put in the notes my mom isn’t a fan of yellow flowers so if they could swap out for another color that would be great - and sure enough, they made sure to do that! Meant a lot they read the note and handled to ensure it was perfect for my sweet mom.

They had the arrangement packed securely in a box and ensured the flower food was with the arrangement. This allowed me for easy transportation in the car as I was worried I was going to have to hold the arrangement while driving - very thoughtful of them!

I am looking forward to ordering...

When I went to pick up my bouquet the day before my wedding it was the wrong color from what I ordered and I was upset. But the way simply blessed handled the situation earns them 5 stars. I went in and asked to speak to a manager. The manager validated my concern and told me I was right. He said he would fix it and verify the color before they put the arrangement together. They actually called at the time they said they would the following morning which for brides dealing with vendors—you know how flaky some can be! They ended up putting together a gorgeous bouquet together and delivering it at no extra charge given their initial error. I love it and even dried the bouquet so I could keep it. I don’t think they make mistakes often but it was nice to see how they handle mistakes: owning them and working towards a solution rather than saying there’s nothing they can do which again my brides will understand when I say some vendors do just that and it’s heartbreaking.
