We just visited on 6.30.2025. We walked in to look at the Osaki Master chair & told the employee which chair we were looking for. He said it's that one there, but she's using it. We had no issues waiting for someone to try the chair but it got ridiculous. We waited for 50 mins for her to finish her nap while looking at the other chairs. Not kidding her mouth was wide open and her head drooping to one side.

The employee seemed to have no knowledge of the chairs. I was trying to ask actual questions about the chair mechanism and either he had no idea or didn't feel like helping us. Trying to ask what the difference between the chair models is. His answers were very short, just kept telling me to sit and try.

What I learned from him was: 3D is old and discontinued 4D is Good All chairs have same rollers Some chairs are hard some are soft.

They had 8 different floor models with 8 different prices and that's all I could pull out of him for info.

Then he'd run back to his desk and play on his phone.

When she finally finished using the chair we came to see, she asked him for a discounted price, to which he ran off and returned with it written on a sticky note and had a whispered conversation. I guess he didn't want us to hear the deal he gave them since we were also interested in that model. From what I could hear, Apparently if you pay cash you get a discount.

Between the chairs that sounded cheap because they were alll creaking, popping and groaning noises, to the employee who obviously didn't want our business, we're going back to The Willow Bend Mall to buy a chair from Healing Touch Massage Chair Store. At least there they actually stayed with you the whole time, answering questions, telling you about the chairs and demonstrating them.

In the end we just walked out. Never did get to try the chair we were interested in. Probably for the best, don't think the chair would have held up and if the warranty is anything like the customer service...
