Michaels — Local services in Front Royal

Location: Right in the middle of all of the other shopping nonsense on that side of town. Easy to locate.

Cleanliness: Not bad! Its hard to keep a place with so much inventory tidy but the staff does a great job.

Staff: Friendly enough. No problems here.

Products: There is a LOT of stuff here but availability can be hit or miss depending on what you're looking for. As an aside: if you're looking for any kind of model/miniature/tabletop stuff look elsewhere - that's not their market at all.

Prices: Tend to run high at retail value on items that aren't/never go on sale. Sales are unreal, though - buy your holiday decor here when it's marked...

My daughter went there with her sister and grandmother, on the hut for something she wanted to buy. My daughter asked a older lady there where the diamond art set were and the lady showed her. The one she wanted was not there, so my daughter kindly asked her if she had any more in the back and the lady got really nasty with her and that, that was all they had. I will be going back and having my daughter point her out and I will be putting her name here. I work in retail and it does not matter how many times a customer asks you something you ALWAYS do it nicely and be polite to them...

Not a store I shop regularly and it's been a long time but geez, there's a lot of stuff and it is overwhelming unless you know exactly what you want. Seems prices on simple stuff is too high, but then maybe that's just me because I don't do this kind of stuff. I had some ideas going in but came out with absolutely nothing and there was not one person anywhere to ask other than the cashier and she was busy.
