Went through the drive-thru Sunday morning & was asked to pull to the side to wait for my order. No big deal! 15 min later, I decide to go in & wait, along with a few other people who'd been told to pull to the side. NO ONE was inside eating! We all thought they were busy & THAT was the hold up, but NO! FINALLY, 10 minutes later, I got my order & went back to my car. GUESS WHAT?! It was WRONG!!! After almost 30 minutes, they couldn't even get my order right!!! NOW, I'm only specifying race next b/c I don't know any of those workers' names...There was an African-American lady telling the white guy with brown hair, who was cooking, what she needed to fill the orders. The white guy seemed to have an attitude b/c he kept rolling his eyes when she'd tell him. There was also some little white teenage girl who I assume was supposed to be helping the AA lady, but since no food was coming out, she wasn't really doing anything. ANYWAY, I'm not sure if the lady who was trying to get things accomplished was the manager on duty & just got stuck with worthless staff, but they need to get rid of everybody who was working Sunday morning EXCEPT for her and start over with new staff! Read moreOk... Put your seatbelt on people! My mind has been blown by my customer experience here. I’m traveling and I see theres a Roy Rogers at exit #6. I’m 41 years old and haven’t eaten at Roy Rogers since I was a kid. I honestly didn’t know they still existed! So I’m looking at the menu. Margie Stone greeted me. I Mirrored my above thought to her. She says “Well I Hope we don’t disappoint you (I’ve had a lot of really bad customer experiences back home lately). I was a little taken back by an employee who actually expresses concern. Especially when it’s based on my interpretation of my actual customer experience. So anyway I placed my order. She asked if I would like to add a Brownie for a dollar more. I would normally say no. But I’m on vacation. So I said sure why not. Here’s the part that completely blew my mind. She says: “would you prefer a center or edge piece? I actually really like the center pieces & don't like the edges too much. Normally ya just get what ya get and that’s it. I was also asked what condiments I would like with my meal and how many! Absolutely amazing... Thank you so much Margie! You totally made my day! I really needed that!

Read moreUpdated 10 June, 2025 Ate here today, and no problems. Crowded @ lunch time, but service was not objectionably slow. Double R and cole slaw, both very good and reasonably priced. I haven't found much to complain about @ this Roys.
Ate here today. Fixin's bar was empty due to COVID-19 precautions, but everything else was fine. No complaints. All horizontal surfaces looked like they had recently been wiped down, floor was clean, trash was not overflowing. It was perfectly OK. I would certainly come back again.
Updated December, 2022. I'm not a frequent customer here, perhaps twice a month, but I have not experienced any problems. Counter service and drive through have both been fast and accurate for me. I wish there were more Roy's around the area, just like this one.
