Annabelle's Interiors, Inc. — Local services in Fruit Cove

I have to say that I was extremely disappointed in the customer service right off the bat and reading other reviews I can understand why. There is nowhere publicly posted on the building that this is a traditional store open for business/browsing, if anything it is a very off putting entrance with warnings over every square inch of the door. So, before I went in I called and was mocked for asking a simple question. I assume it was the owner who answered the phone, she was very condescending and implied that I was ignorant for even calling. I would recommend an “Open” sign with business hours if you are inconvenienced by a potential customer calling to ask your businesses format and if you are open.

I never “giggled”, my words were very clear and my question was precise. Pardon me to be a person that wishes to greet people with a light hearted sense of humor and approachability, which is clearly something you are not gifted in. There are certainly businesses that are for special order items, operate out of a storefront, but do not run a “boutique” or browsing shop format. I am sorry you do not understand that shops and stores operate in many different ways, considering you are a “business owner”. I love this shop! Every Christmas it's full of delightful and unique gifts and decorations. In the spring and summer it has precious little treasures, pillows, décor, etc. to make home a delight. Throughout are little rooms all decorated with different themes. The prices are not inflated, which is nice. I have found the items to be of a very good quality: linen pillows, fake flowers of a much higher quality than I can buy elsewhere, fake candles with real wax and flicker flames that are considerably more realistic than ones I can buy in local stores (I love these because I can use them with parties and not worry kids or guests will accidently set something on fire). Great place nice thing and great thing to buy and never seen thing I would say if you have not stop by your missing out . I came to Annabelle with my mom. I never left without getting something. When mom past I could not go in for months. Then one day I walked in Annabelle said hi so glad your back like we was family. I told her my mom had pasted. And that is why I had not been there. She reach out to me and gave me a big hug and told me she was so sorry to hear that. She will miss my lovely mom.
