Just walked out. First a stack of metal wreaths slid off a shelf because they were using a pitcher in front of them to actually hold them on shelf. Made 3 attempts to replace. Gave up. Then tried to find monogrammed flag, asked for help. Was told that's what they had, unless I knew which one I wanted. I had asked for an "A". Didn't mention the very large display of them elsewhere in the store. (Thanks!) It was a spinner. When I rotated it, it took out a lamp, which in turn took out a stack of large wooden signs. I caught ALL of it. I left w/o the b'day prez I hoped to find. Maybe less attention to putting out more stuff and more attention to actually assisting a live customer in...

I love Kirklands! I love their selection! The store is always clean and smells great. The staff has always been helpful. HOWEVER, the last time I went to the Fleming Island store, there was a male associate that was very terse and rude when I asked him a question about something I was interested in purchasing. He acted as though it was a real inconvenience to help me. He even let out an audible "ugh", and a lot of air through his nose. I would have given 5 stars but because of the rude treatment I received, I knocked...

Great place to shop for home decor. This location has a great, helpful, and friendly staff and with a great ambiance. The only reason why I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is because they seemed to have thinned out their inventory a bit, they use to have some good areas staged in the middle of the store that gave good ideas, but lately that has been lacking. Overall a great place to shop for those great final touches for around the house...
