Tried to buy doors for my jeep. I’m outer state so asked if I could get some better images / videos of the doors as the response in the chat was a bit dodgy. After my request, my message was seen but never wrote back, so I assumed it was a scam. I followed up my message 3 months later asking if someone could get back to me as I was genuinely interested in making the purchase. I got a smart ass reply which I was extremely disappointed. Even after this I was still keen to make the purchase but they just saw my messages and ignored. For a family company that claims to pride themselves on service and being a veteran owned business… not cool. Not sure who I was talking too, but they need to be fired if they are an employee as they are costing your business, and if it’s is the owner… well no words. If the owner does read this and wasn’t the person I was speaking to, please get in touch with me as I’d still like to purchase the doors. I’ve attached screen shots of entire chat for you to make up your own mind but I would highly advise to buy else where , as the themselves seem to want people to buy elsewhere also. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have grown up in Fruita and know how long Kim’s Auto has been around. That’s why I was completely blown away to see how she treats her community members. During Fruita Fall Festival (the store was closed and not gaining business) but Kymberly Desserich being the money hungry and sad community member she is, towed several cars within minutes of parking in her parking lot without saying a word and all while having the most broad tow signs around (that also don’t comply with Colorados tow sign laws). I’m all for paying attention and learning a hard lesson but she then proceeded to get on Facebook and spew hatred and nastiness all over the community message board. My car was not towed and I had no personal interaction with her on Facebook, but these are screenshots of what was posted on Facebook by her. Kim went well above and beyond anything expected from a parts store. He tracked down an alternator for our Murano and then actually delivered it to us where we were broke down in a competetors parking lot. As if that was not enough, after I broke the pigtail on the alternator he went back to his store and brought us a new pigtail and crimper. I am absolutely floored. I will be paying this one forward for sure....
