After searching for "Mexican food near me" I found this little market.

The market is well cared for and the produce looks like something you would find in Whole Foods, but with better prices.

I ordered the chile verde plate which came with pork in sauce, homemade tortillas, rice, beans, pickled carrots, and limes.

The tortillas are the best I've ever had. They look and taste completely different from tortillas in the store and in most Mexican restaurants. They're made on site.

The pork was tender and delicious. It had a little fat and cartilage in it but easy to navigate.

The chile verde sauce is really flavorful. Just a bit salty but very good.

The beans and rice were okay.

The service was excellent. There is a little, covered patio outside for eating.

Well I'm not sure if I got treated fairly. I'm an Italian who went in this Mexican grocery market, and when I went to one of the cashier's to pay for my items well they sent me to another on the other end of the store. That was after a patron paid for his stuff at that register also , so I head over there only to have a Mexican lady cut in front of me and she had more groceries than my two cervesas. During and after she was all rung up and should have headed home , the cashier and the lady spoke in Spanish for almost twenty minutes, it felt like eternity . I should have walked out and got cervesas elsewhere which would have saved Mexican grocery store from a not so good score. It was a bit rude on both the ladies, but the cervesas we're very good .
