Donut star — Restaurant in Fullerton

Seems to be a common theme with rude service. I order from here on Grubhub and had missing items 2 days in a row. I called Donut Star first and the girl who answered said to come in. I did, and when I got there to explain she said she gave my Coffee to the Gribhub Driver, but after checking my camera he never had the drink in his hand. So I then asked about the Free Donut that was supposed to come with my order from the day before and she said they dont offer it anymore, so I told her it is on the App. She didnt care about replacing the items so I just left. Took awhile to write this, but such as it is. I was a tourist in USA in May 2022, and was in Fullerton; very nice place. I was walking and stopped here for a can of coca-cola. I politely asked for a cup. The woman who served me stood there surrounded by cups and said, "NO CUP" with an expression and tone that I still retain as an image in my mind of "what never to be" should look like. One star because the cola was inexpensive. Stop this morning after always loving it. Hadn't been there for a while. Pleased to see the upgrades in decor.
