Do NOT SHOP HERE!!!! We spent $5500 on a table, chair, cushions and umbrella - we were told the chair cushions were SUNBRELLA.

2 of the 8 chairs ripped, like blew their stuffing when our guests sat down. We took them back and were told "no problem, we will get replacements, these are cheap, they will rip again in 6 months. " wait..what?!#! Whatever, not worth the fight, we have a huge event, needed chairs... so went to pick the replacements up and the manager goes "oh ya, sorry, you're outta luck, the owner says NO, because they are a year and 3 months old. When we said.. but wait, we purchased sunbrella, there is a 5 year warranty and he said, well that's not what the receipt says.

Now just went to the upholstery guy and he showed us the swatch for the sunbrella pattern we picked and said yep... "you got cheated! You got a cheaper version that's why they blew.

Anyways... he said he will cover the chairs but now we are out another $800!!

It is quite enjoyable to spend a warm afternoon wandering through this wonderful, huge outdoor display of fountains, statuary, furniture and shade structures. I found several items I like, but with only one employee available to deal with deliveries, pick ups, and customers, my visit was not as productive as I had hoped. The salesperson did walk up and to talk with me several times answering some questions and promising to research others before flitting off to work with someone else. The catalogs, pricelists, and color samples she provided were very helpful, but in the end my spouse and I asked for her email address. We photographed samples on display and catalogue pages with the items we would like to purchase and then drove home to summarize our wishlist in an email. I am sure we will hear back in a day or two, but I had hoped to purchase at least our table and...

Large selection of patio furniture and accessories. Yes, its a lil pricey but its quality furniture so its understandable. Only issue we had was with the staff never calling us back. We ordered patio furniture in July and were told they would call us as soon as it was it. I called them four weeks later for an update and was told it had arrived 2 weeks before. No explanation of why we were not called. Now we're again waiting on a call for a replacement stool since December 8. It's a little frustrating that staff says they'll call but...
