Disappointed by Wrong Order and Terrible Service: I am a very frequent customer and I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. Last night, I purchased a drink for my wife just 20 minutes before closing. When I got home, we discovered it was the completely wrong drink, and one my wife does not like at all.Since the store was already closed, I couldn't return it. I went back today, explained the situation, and simply asked for the correct drink to be made. To my surprise, I was told I would have to pay for it again. I spoke with the manager, who was unwilling to help and stated that this was their policy.I can't believe that a mistake made by the staff is not being rectified. It's frustrating to pay for something I didn't order. As a loyal customer who visits often, I felt completely disrespected and unappreciated. The ambiance in this shop is crisply clean and modern. There is a small seating area out front with table & chairs. However, I found the menu's signage to be misleading re: pricing and sizes. As this is what I relied upon, via Google Maps, to decide to alter my daily route and try FiiZ, I was extremely disappointed. That was nothing, however, compared to the counterperson's RUDE and unproductive ATTITUDE!
