I heard about this place (moreso about their website) earlier this year from my grandma, who has become absolutely obsessed shopping here due to the affordability of their products. I found a gorgeous and trendy red dress I absolutely love, and after ordering a duplicate by mistake I came into the store to return it. Eventually I found out I could exchange it even without having the card I paid with, which was super nice. After the couple of times I visited, I can say that as a Gen-Z with a milennial style, shopping here is a hit or miss experience. 90% of the time the clothes are either too mature for my age or just downright tacky. The other 10% of the time there is a small chance I might find 1 piece of clothing I love. Their accessories are worth peeking at, despite the jewelry and shoes looking cheap. Besides that the staff provided great service for both of my visits. In comparison to other stores, it's very similar...

Such a wonderful experience. I ran in for pick up an order just right before closing time. I didn't realize that I forgot my mask. The lady who works there her name is Heidi, was so kind, so nice she offered right away help with everything. I don't know but her kindness, patience and her smile just really give me super positive mood. I want to thanks her being her:) Anyway, I'm a regular customer for this store, and most of the employees are really nice, I appreciate it. I highly recommend this store...

Lack of jeans and small section for plus sizes. Cheap earrings! But also... Cheap earrings. Lol don't buy the shoes I'd you plan on walking in them. But usually great stuff and deals. Good...
