I just bought a vape here and device wasn’t working. I got back to the store like 2 hours after my purchase to change it for another device and the guy that works here said they can’t do anything about it! So they sold me something broke and they can’t do anything about it. He said as soon as I left the store I don’t have any right to return the product to the store even if it wasn’t working. Never saw something like this before. All smoke shops I know they treat you very good and do everything to please the clients. Not here. I’ve been spending like $40 every week here and now they just lost one more client. JUST FIND ANOTHER PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

You should train your employee better, because he was speaking on behalf of your store, and he was very clear when he said that this was a store policy. He could have called the manager, he could have talked to the owner, he could have done anything, but his choice was simply to say that he could not do anything even though the store had sold something broken. What kind of attitude is that? Again, I’ve never seen anything like it in any store I’ve ever been a customer. Read moreI have been going to this shop for a long time but because of what happened today I won't be going back. I brought a brand new vape pod into the store that I bought from them. It wouldn't work after even trying 3 coils. Ryan was running the shop at this time. He tried to get it to work but couldn't. The best part was that another shop later fixed the problem in under a minute. Ryan just wasn't smart enough to figure out his own equipment. I then asked for the owner, who I trust. Ryan instantly copped an attitude. He was clearly on a power trip and was very offended that I asked for another manager. He became livid and asked why I wanted her. He yelled that he was a manager, too. He actually threw a temper tantrum! He then asked me what I now wanted. I said a refund. He took cash out, the wrong amount may I add, of the register and threw it on the counter. I told him that I didn't mean to offend him, but he then went silent. At no point was I ever disrespectful to him. He clearly doesn't know how to treat customers with respect and is a complete disgrace to this business. It was a very unsettling experience, and I don't care to see Ryan ever again. Read moreI have never experienced anything but amazing service here. I also love the selection of cannabis products here. They have so many THCA and Delta 8 products that I can't find anywhere else. The quality of their products is also excellent.
Megan and Ryan are super friendly and knowledgeable. If something new comes in that they think I will enjoy, they are always sure to show me. So far every thing they have suggested, minus one product that I didn't care for due to upkeep (my fault not theirs), has been an excellent product that I still use today. I always feel welcomed and cared for by every employee I've come across.
I've also only had issues one time with a product malfunctioning. It worked for a few days and broke, so I brought it in. Immediately it was rectified and I was given another product to replace the faulty one.
