I would give them a 0 rating if possible. The food is bland, and always messy. My tortilla on the fajita quesadilla was pure mush...like raw, mushy dough. The "manager" refused to give me her name. She told me it was none of my business. Her attitude was horrible while ordering over the phone, so I should have just cancelled then. She said they could only WARM my burrito, and could not do it chimichanga style, which they had done before...When my husband came to pick up the food, she acted like she couldn't find the order. When I called her to tell her about the horrible quality of the food and inaccuracy of the order she was extremely rude AGAIN! When I took the food back, she snatched it, and threw it in the trash and didn't say a word. The gentleman at the register handed me a receipt and said they refunded my card and that it would take 7 business days. She still refused to give me her name. Horrible experience!! I ended up going to Mi Cancun in Angier, and it was amazing! The atmosphere was great and the vibe was so welcoming! The food was 10 times better…so fresh...
Read moreI’ve been here at least 4 times. At first service and food was great. Recently my family and I went for dinner. The experience was horrible. Staff didn’t seem to care at all, servers never came by to ask if we needed refills/chips. When we got our food, it was simply disgusting and sloppy. The food tasted funny, the beans tasted like they were spoiled. When I ask the server she didn’t seem to care and claimed that the food was “fresh”. She didn’t offer to exchange my meal for something else. When I brought my concern to the manager, he too didn’t seem to care or offer a solution. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to ANYONE. It was disgusting, poor service, waste of time and money. If I could give an accurate rating I would have given this restaurant a -5 star rating. Avoid this place at all costs, there’s better Mexican restaurants that are much friendlier, that seem to care, that are well organized,...
Read moreThe one star is because the people who work there are kind. We spent 20 minutes trying to order affordable food that we would also like. I am shocked by how expensive Mexican food is. $3.50 for a side of just RICE or just BEANS?! I know food prices have gone up but pretty sure you can buy a whole bag or rice or beans for that price. But beyond that the quality of food at this restaurant is very low. You only get to choose between shredded chicken and ground beef (both flavorless) for burritos or tacos otherwise it's an up charge. The guacamole tasted pre-made and wasn't fresh or good. Red sauce was tasteless. Store bought tortillas. Much of the food was left uneaten. I'm so sick of getting nickled and dimed for mediocre food that keeps finding ways to skimp on quality and portion sizes. Food hasn't gotten that much more expensive that we need to run restaurants this way. Won't...
