If I could give this visit zero stars, I would. I walked in at the last minute. I will gladly admit that. The woman behind the counter did not say one word to me as she was helping another customer. I had picked up a mailer and was stuffing my item in it when she started telling me they were closed and she was not gonna argue about it. She was extremely combative and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. Finally she asked if my package was ready, and I informed her that I needed a label printed. She started again and told me they were closed, I wasn't ready and she wasn’t gonna argue with me about it. Her other customer was STILL standing at the counter. She was still yelling at me. So I raised my voice and said, “who are you?” She yelled at me that she was Regina Church or something like that. She had shoulder length blonde hair, probably 55 years old. At the same time, she told me that it was 4:35 and they were closed and she wasn’t going to argue with me.
I walked up to the counter and sat my package on the counter. I had my QR code ready to scan. She gritted her teeth, picked up my package and slung it across the counter and onto the floor. Then she closed the gate on me. I walked away looking for a phone number to call and then realized it was just then 4:35. I was so angry that I yelled her name and told her she had lied to me about the time and that she had been very rude. She OPENED THE DOOR FROM THE BACK and came out to yell at me even more. I asked her multiple times to just “wait a minute”, hoping she would calm down. She yelled in a fit of rage that she wasn’t going to wait a minute and then proceeded to flip me off. Yes she shot a bird at me, raised her middle finger in very intense anger/rage at me.
I hope someone goes back and watches the video. This woman, Regina Whoever, DOES NOT NEED TO BE WORKING THERE. She’ll be the next to...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this post office. I arrived a few minutes before closing and was respectful of their time, but the employee who assisted me a woman with blonde curly hair and glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. While she was helping another customer, I was quickly filling out my paperwork, and she reminded me multiple times that they were closing, even though I was clearly trying to hurry.
When it was finally my turn, she saw that I needed to send certified mail and told me, in a very dismissive tone, that it would take “10 to 15 minutes to fill out” and that they didn’t have time to help me. Instead of offering guidance or patience, she refused to assist me altogether.
It’s very disappointing to be treated that way — you never know what someone is going through, and a little kindness goes a long way. I understand everyone wants to go home at the end of the day, but that doesn’t excuse being rude to customers who are following the rules and just need a little help. This kind of attitude is not what good customer service looks like. I truly hope management addresses this behavior and ensures that staff treat people with respect, regardless of the...
Read moreI called this post office the other day because I was looking for a package that was being held. The USPS website allows you to select this location to hold your package even if you don't rent a PO box from there (and there is nothing on the website indicating that this is a PO box ONLY location). The lady that I spoke to was the absolute WORST - never in my LIFE have I been talked down to and been yelled at over the phone, hoping to receive some sort of customer service, like I was by this lady. Not only was I berated for calling this location but she then went on to complain to me about how busy she was and how the USPS was sending problems to their location instead of the Green Street location. We can thank our dear government for allowing people like this to run a business with zero accountability. This woman should be removed from her position immediately. I feel sorry for the folks that do have PO boxes here and have to deal with this woman on a...
