I can't say that I was surprised at what I experienced but I wasn't, but I was disappointed. This is a person who ran restaurants for 22 years and consulted for 6, turning around chapter 11 restaurants.

1. I ordered chicken tenders because I have found that it's very telling of what standards the kitchen uses. The tenders were previously frozen which makes them very chewy, I hoped that the brine would mitigate this issue, nope. Huey Magues makes much better tenders, they're fresh so if they can get fresh tenders than this restaurant, at 2+ times the price, can get fresh tenders.
2. The bourbon offering is impressive for those who are casual bourbon drinkers. Many gettable bourbon are not on the list, Smoke Wagon, Penelope, Pinhook, Belle Meade, and more. I can only assume that because this chain restaurant can't get these bourbons in every unit across the USA, or they don't want to deal with extra, small distributors, they don't carry them. I could go on and on but, the last observation is that there is a lack of imagination to the menu, I didn't see any menu item that makes me want to return to experience that I can't get at Cheddar 's or home or a BBQ restaurant in the area that's better and cheaper. Horrifying. I never write a review but this place is awful!!!!! I had a return that they made me start do online in the store. So I waited for 30 minutes for them to then had me a tablet and order the new item myself. They charged my bank 6 times for one item and told me that after 3-5 days they should just all "fall Off", and only get charged for 1 time. Not cool my bank said otherwise. Then I had to wait in line for another 30 minutes, no exaggeration ,for them to give me my money back for my original purchase and have them send the new order to my old address. This was pointed out in the store and they had me call corporate in order to fix that. Corporate says I didn't wait long enough at minute 5 for it to show up in three system and to call back in 10 minutes. Can't make it up. I called back in 7 minutes and they told it was too long after the purchase and nothing could be changed. The supervisor assured me she was working the next three business days and would track it through UPS and change the address. That never happen so the new tenant in my old building got a nice hat that they said was never received.. Night mare on boot barn street. Totally customer non-service here. GOOD LUCK...

Boot Barn at this location is truly massive and a dream for anyone looking for quality western wear and work gear. The selection is incredible, with everything from boots and jeans to wallets and accessories, all at reasonable prices. What really stands out is their excellent return and exchange policy—you can easily swap out damaged items, as long as it’s not due to normal wear and tear.

I’m a huge fan of their Cody James line. I’ve put my Cody James boots, jeans, and wallet through way more than they should’ve handled, and they’ve held up impressively. My boots still look like I’ve had them for just a month, even though I’ve owned them for years. My jeans have stayed strong with no rips or tears, and while I did have one issue with a button popping loose, the store replaced them with a brand-new pair without hesitation.
