Cookies so big they barely fit in the box! Wowza.
These are some gorgeous, delicious cookies, and so massive you’ll definitely want to share - or maybe not. Eat that whole cookie, we deserve it!
The bakery is big and there are lots of staff on hand to keep the line moving. You can watch the cookie dough being rolled and popped in the oven right in front of you so when you get that pink box and it’s still warm, you know it’s for real!
Order at the counter or, if you aren’t feeling social, order at a kiosk. I tried out the kiosk, which has ApplePay, my fave.
I ordered some individual cookies, which came in their own adorable pink box, perfect for surprising a friend! And I got a box of four cookies to take to my coworkers. AND a box of four to take home because my family would kill me if they didn’t get cookies today too.
They are so big, like 4 inches across, I’d say the box of four is enough cookie for at least six people, if they love each other and are willing to share.
They are all so good. If you are a fan of cookies that have some crunch on the outside, but the centers are still soft and lovely, you’ll love the Crumbl cookie texture.
I think my fave was the peanut buttery goodness of the Reese’s cookie - the peanut butter cookie would have been awesome on its own AND then they cover it in a crazy tasty Reese’s frosting. The strawberry frosting on the sugar cookie was a delicious tangy treat to cut the sweetness and the triple chocolate was all your cocoa dreams wrapped in one warm cookie. If you like a classic chocolate chip, here you can get a big classic cookie with huge chocolate chunks still warm and melty from the oven.
Yeah, I just ate cookies for breakfast and I feel great.

Read moreHas technology really become so important that customer service is no longer a necessary part of business? I walk in the establishment, none of the 5 employees working at the time bother to look up to great me. As I look around for a menu the only thing I see is a tablet device sitting on the counter. Finally the young lady that was working up front alone stepped over to ask if I needed help. She did point out and describe all of the cookies and flavors with the options to buy them. Then asked if I needed help placing my order. I told her thanks, I could handle it from there. I also thanked her for acknowledging my existence and helping me. The cookies were just ok. For the price I doubt I'll go back. Had there been Any amount of customer service in the atmosphere it would be different. There was also a screen that asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I quickly and without hesitation skipped this screen. This is very unlike me. I have worked for tips many times in my past and know how important they can be. Am I the only person who feels like being treated with respect? I mean seriously, it doesn't take much to say Hi, how are you...
