Okay so Dubai chocolate strawberries are super popular right now.

I got to eat it once like last weekend and became obsessed with it! So I wanted to come back during my lunch breaks from work to grab some. Literally every single day since Tuesday they've given every excuse of how it's out and it is just not here or there's some missing ingredient. And they kept asking me to just drive in person every single day the next day to come back and it hasn't been here at all. I've checked in person EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Here's the thing, there's no phone number, no order ahead button. None of that for me to even check so I don't waste my gas on lies and people to tell me to just "check tomorrow" all for the constant lies to never add up.

Today I come in and I'm assuming a manager was there and she said "it'll be ready in 20 mins" well I'm on a lunch break.

She asked what time does my shift end. Lady, that's just not fair. I've been given the "just come later" thing every single time and I've wasted time on parking, I've wasted gas money, and honestly my patience ran out. I can't. I'm so upset :(

Why. Lie.

And add a phone number so this doesn't happen to other people.

No consideration to a customer that literally only kept doing what the staff asked her to do literally every day. I'm upset. Oh also. They're expensive asf. The Dubai chocolate strawberries are...

The cookies and treats are delicious and clearly made fresh with love, and I hope this place keeps open. However, there are a few improvements that I really would like to see.

1. Better online ordering. First, not all available items show up on the website, and there’s sometimes some discrepancy between the website menu and the menu posted on their social media. Also, it’s unclear what new flavors come out each week and what flavors are staple ones.
2. Menu and prices in store. It’d be much easier for those walking in on a whim and deciding on the spot. I’ve had to ask for certain items that I couldn’t find online or in the store but were nevertheless available for purchase.
3. Item availability. It seems not all items are available/ready at certain times, which is more understandable toward the end of the day when ingredients run out. However, I’ve also experienced this when the store has just opened. This is probably because everything is made fresh so certain items may not be ready yet, but it’s still disappointing and should be preventable with more pre-planning, especially considering the store doesn’t open until 11 most days.

Again, I’d love to have this place stick around for a long time just based on taste. However, in this day and age, it’s hard to compete with high quality alone. Convenience and accessibility...

I waited a couple months to write a review here to give the new shop a chance. Unfortunately, the growing pains seem to be continuing. I was SO excited when a cookie place like this opened up in the neighborhood. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and not the super-sweet cookie you would generally get at Crumbl.

The biggest problem is that all the cookies seem to be undercooked, without fail. And, I love a soft cookie, but this is more like cookie dough. You can feel the grainy texture. I've tried all their different flavors, over multiple visits over several weeks, and it's always the same. I was assuming at first it was a new convection oven that they were getting used to, but I don't even know anymore. I mean, they must sample what they're putting up for sale at almost $6/cookie, right?

Anyway, maybe I'll give it one more chance in a few months. It's really a shame because I really wanted to love this cute shop. I was all-in and told my family and neighbors all about it and couldn't wait for it to open. Sure hope it improves and they're able to make a go of it here in...
