11/13/21 please ignore below review, for the past 6 months it has been horrible here, food not fully cooked, wrong order, dishonesty about waiting time. I feel like as if my time or business is not important. Today was the day that I had enough. I called, was put on hold for 6 or 7 minutes, then my order was taken and told "15 minutes", l get there 20 minutes later, pay, and realize my food is not ready, so I wait, after waiting 25 minutes more and more importantly Watcing people that walked in before me get their food, I walked out,
Enogh is Enogh, if they don't care about my time, I do, I am not going back and I recommend you to not waste your time either.
Don't lie, tell your customer the real wait time, that I can work with but dishonesty I don't do or pay for.
So sad when it was good it was good but oh well.

This branch is one of the better ones, I drive from Bethesda to this one because, well Bethesda is terrible. The food size and quality is much better here. Just compare the bread and you can see, the one here is fresh and much bigger than the one from Bethesda.

Thought it would be nice to let us wait in the restaurant seeing as they were about to open in a minute (and it was raining), however they wouldn't let us in... not the biggest deal. However then 15 minutes go by (they still won't open the doors) and now a huge group of us are waiting outside in the rain while the employees are inside staring. The woman up front was laughing at us with who I believe to be the manager. She eventually tried to tell us to come at another time through the window, but I couldn't hear her. Somebody else said to open the door because we couldn't hear her, and she laughed and shrugged her shoulders. The three employees we saw were watching the 6 people outside in the rain and laughing. Couldnāt even have the common courtesy to open the door to speak to us. We tried calling but saw them ignoring the phones!! We ended up waiting so long in the rain (20 min?) that we left. Will never be back and will be letting...
