I wish I could leave a 0 for T-mobile. I went it to the staurt Dr location in Galax VA to check out their deals. I was interested in the Samsung Galaxy s24 plus and the girl working told me that it's free with this certain plan. Even tho the plan was $90 something a month I still thought for getting the s24 ultra included was a good deal. I noticed when everything was written up my payment was way more than $90 something a month actually almost double. I pointed that out and she said that's its still showing that there's payment for the phone being added in but when I get my 1st bill by mail that bill will not have that on there. So I believed her and signed. Around 3-5 days later I got my bill alright and it read the same thing. I marched right back into the same T-mobile and there was a boy working this time that told me I could definitely return the phone but I lose all my money that I had put down the day that I got the phone and I'd have to pay for a restock fee of almost $120 totalling almost $300. Apparently the girl that I dealt with to get the phone was new and told me wrong. Why it fell at my expense I do not know and was definitely not right. I went ahead and paid the restock fee. He told me knowing how upset I was that we won't hear from T-mobile again. Six months later I was being billed for the phone I had returned and told it was being turned over to collections. I went back in there and they told me to contact customer service which told me I'd have to go back to the T-mobile store where it started. I was being run in a circle. Now it's on my credit and both customer service and the T-mobile store that I first went to just keep telling me to contact the other. Never have I been run through the mill like this company has run me through it. I hope if you're considering this place that you read this and know what they're like. It did not work there. I stopped by the office, 11 miles from the cabin, several times and was told it was because the Phone need to be up dated, It still didn't work at the cabin, or anywhere that my tracfone would not work. Then the reason was because the apps needed to be updated, it still didn't work. On the third or 4th visit I asked that my service be cancelled and the phone unlocked which they claimed they did and showed me their tablet but could not give me anything in writing. The Phone then worked (poorly) on wifi at the cabin but was soon locked again. I have gotten bills for the non-service and my account was turned over to a collection agency. I am left with an inoperable cell phone (locked) that I paid for and dealing with t-mobile and a collection agency. Do not believe anything they tell you as they are...

Finally they told us to leave the old phones with them and come back the next day only to find that one of the phones had been resetted and lost all 11,000 of the pictures. They have no idea how it reset and pointed the finger at us. We didnāt even have the phone overnight and it makes no sense why would we reset a phone if the photos and data werenāt transferred all the way.
