Yes, good prices on matinees, bathrooms are clean, but please, please bring in a movie or two that a grown-up would enjoy. The selections all summer were terrible. Update 12/26. friends and I were to see "Fences" this week, but you yanked it. You won't give a well reviewed film a week?
Congratulations, you did bring in "Fences" which I saw and the excellent "Hidden Figures". Saw that last night with friends and we all loved it. Please, please bring in more movies like these two, would love to see "Manchester by the Sea" and "La La Land" and also "Lion", there is an audience here for good films.
Update July 1st, back to awful films. Surely there is a movie or two out there for people over the age of 10???? Or are grown-ups just not welcome at AMC!
Update 10/6 "Flatliners" and "It"? Surely AMC can do better than that? How about "Victoria and Abdul"? It hasn't gotten great reviews but it is a film that maybe an adult could tolerate. I repeat, there is an audience here...
Read moreI have been going to this theater since it was built. Like most business, in the beginning everything is great, but as time passes it seems the owners take less interest in the goings on unless something major happens. The theaters were always clean in the beginning. Now it's not odd to walk into sticky floors. It seems the bare minimum is done for cleaning. I'm not sure if this is a worker issue, or lack of proper management.
The worst part of this place though, is the parking lot. Unless you park far away from the theater, where most people don't park, there are huge potholes along all of the stress cracks. I have to drive extremely slow to avoid damaging my tires. This is an issue that has been steadily getting worse over the years.
Overall I generally have a good time watching movies here. I just wish the little things were paid closer...
Read moreFor as much as it costs to get in to watch a movie, get one tiny box of popcorn and a drink....you'd THINK someone could take time to clean the liquid all over the floors near the pop dispenser, the disgusting counters in the ladies' bathroom and the littered-up aisles in the theaters....good grief. I even told them about it....but no one came out from behind the counter to mop the floor. Both myself and my daughter who uses a cane, slipped and nearly fell--as did a couple of other people... The movie was good......but I think had it NOT been one I HAD BEEN WAITING TO SEE....and that it was a birthday treat for myself and a grandson.....I wouldn't have stayed. Yuck.đ± so much for enjoying Fantastic Beasts the Crimes of Grindelwald. You folks can do better..I've seen it...
