Starbucks — Restaurant in Galesburg

Too bad there is no option to pick zero stars Justin manager doesn't own the store refused to put more almond milk in my triple shot expresso over light ice he said I needed to order a latte if it is filled up all the way to top of drink it wasn't clearly they did not use over 4 Oz of almond milk and wasn't light ice at all apparently you can't order coffee the way you have ordered it for several years so I said that's crazy never have I received this type of service from a Manger with an attitude..clearly he does not need to be working for any establishment be careful how you treat people word of mouth is so important taking further action on this complaint with Justin the other staff was excellent customer service they deserve a bonus having to work in this type of environment with a manager who is making their job hard feel sorry for the employees and the owner who made a bad choice in character to represent Starbucks first complaint in 35 years...

This is a horrible location. Management made a big deal that I didn’t want packaging on a DoorDash pick up order. Forced me to take excessive packaging and stated I could be trying to steal it. And that it’s a DoorDash policy. Also said I should have ordered a different way… which it’s none of their business how I decide to order.. On my end I’m told to show the worker that it’s a pick up order and it says my name on my phone . But they refused to hear that. I left to upset and anxious over a coffee drink to even enjoy it. It’s a little ridiculous. Also this confrontation was unprovoked. I hadn’t even asked them to not use the packaging. That was the day before. They jumped to conclusion that I was going to even...

I'll admit, I have said this bout every Starbucks I have ever visited, but it sucked. The coffee doesn't even taste like coffee. It tastes like diarrhea in a cup. Their service is always terrible, and the only reason it's such a giant chain is because of some rich idiot who backs them and clearly has no taste buds. I'll take my coffee from Innkeepers, a local restaurant that actually knows what coffee is. If I could give Starbucks zero stars, I would do so. They're not worth so...
