The staff here is very rude asst manager was the worst she was rude and threatened to call the police on me all because they served us cold and burnt food Walked in at 9:45 they close at 10 if they didn’t want to cook the food all they had to say was kitchen closed but no what they wanted was the money food was done in 10 mins

My husband ordered the chimichanga it was not crispy as if it had been fried and the chicken was cold and bland

My mom ordered 6 steak tacos meat was cold

I had the cheese steak my steak onions and peppers where all burnt

I ordered queso dip which they forgot and when they gave it to us it was cold

My mom went back in to complain about her food while my husband was waiting on the missing queso the asst manager was rude and told her the cheese made the meet cold mind you she just got her food we hadn’t left the restaurant so it shouldn’t be cold

Got home didn’t eat the food because it was nasty took it bac the next day she was rude wouldn’t even look at the food which hadn’t been eaten refused to replace it refused to give my money back refused to give me the top managers information walked away and left me standing there so I left the food right there and filed a despute with my card company I will...

I was really disappointed with this place. We had to request our server's presence for everything we needed: to order, get drink refills, get checks. My friend's tacos were so soaked in grease that they were stuck together in one mass of a mess. My fajitas were 75% tomatoes and over-cooked. After requesting (from another server) fresh tacos as well as some food that never came in the first place, we saw our server one more time. A simple apology would have made things better, but we never saw the server again and the gentlemen who rang us out was probably the most rude person in the restaurant. The food was substandard. There was no cheese on my Carne Asada Quesadilla. My friend recieved someone elses order. She ordered a shredded beef chimi and got a shrimp chimi instead. She is very allergic to sea food, I'm glad we caught that before she ate it. The waitress came to our table twice, once to take the order then again to find out why we returned the shrimp chimi. I had to get my own bill at the cashiers, not delivered to my table. Then the cashier double charged my debt card, I did get the first charge reversed, which took 3 days at my bank.
