I stood up for the girls in the groomers department. A very inpatient man got angry because I interrupted his dog from being done by his time. I was just a walk in for trimming the paws. I normally enjoy going there. Not this time, after the guy got angry because his dog wasn't done on his time. He started to get mouthy with the Girls who by the way where working extremely hard to finish his dog. And I told him that he needed to have patience. It's not a big deal. Next thing I know I'm getting verbally attacked by this big intimidating guy. He started to cuss at me so I cussed back. I will never tolerate anyone to verbally attacked me in any shape or from. I didn't get my dog's nails trimmed and I walked out. How is it okay to think that you allow grow men to verbally attack your employees and other customers. I have spent my fair share of money in your establishment. I will no longer be a customer of yours. I am a strong woman and I respect myself enough to not put myself into those...

picked up a cat tower md cat food for my mother's cats. I went to register with the food and information on the tower. I told the guy what I needed to about the tower but had not unloaded my cart becauae I didn't know if they would get the tower or if we needed to. When I said I wanted a cat tower he asked, "So?" He finally sent somebody to get it but kept asking me if I was sure I had a big enough vehicle. I assured him and even after the other guy had loaded it (my husband drove up), he was forcefully telling me we needed to get the truck pulled up. As I began to unload the cat food he also yelled to ask if that (tower) was all I was getting. Some things are important to know: 1. We get everything at Pet Supplies Plus but the special cat food one of my mother's cats needs and they were out of towers. 2. Pet Supplies Plus has lower prices and always-frienndly employees. 3. I would order the special food online before considering retiring...

Only reason it's a 4 star is because I used to work here in the grooming section. Customers can be extremely rude, and the grooming salon is almost always constantly booked to capacity. I'd have loved to have had more time with each pet I worked with, but unfortunately was constantly rushed through services so I could get to the next pet. A better system with this would be so much better, especially with pets who are scared, unsure or even defensive about being groomed.
