Full disclosure- If you are impatient person I don’t recommend coming here right now until a month or so. It’s very busy so expect to wait almost 25 mins to get food. Some of these reviews are from individuals who haven’t worked in a restaurant in their entire lifetime. They are still working out the kinks while make orders and training people. So please be kind. They are super busy so make sure you make time. It’s totally worth it though!
—————————————————————— 1st time review-
I went there today around noon and it’s was busy. Food was hot and delicious. I did wait around 25 minutes to get food but I had time and it was worth it. I recommend coming here! I mean it’s CHIPOTLE like come one it’s so gooooooooood!
I don’t know if there is generally just one person working the drive through section, but if there is I think you should have two. One for drive through and one for delivery. Granted I have no idea what your guys system is there. Some Door Dasher were waiting a long time there and those orders could have been knocked out. This doesn’t affect my personal experience with this restaurant at all but it might affect others.
Ik you guys are busy and having to deal with impatient customers but y’all did very well in handling it. Kudos to y’all! —————————————————————— 2nd time review-
Ik you all are busy and stuff but do you ever rotate your team members? There was a guy that did my order and he was sweating and very agitated. I have no idea why. Anyways him and the lady that was doing the cashier and the food at the same time; they both did small portions. I felt bad for asking for more on everything but if they scooped a correct amount I wouldn’t ask. Ik y’all are new but there’s a reason why there scoops for every container. The guy the was sweating he didn’t even do a full scoop. I had to ask him to do more and he only gave me only 4 chunks like seriously? 😒. All I know is that if I see him working the next time I’m there I ain’t ordering. Last time I was here it wasn’t like that.
I won’t give up on Chipotle though. They just need to figure on the kinks and hire and fire the right people. Overall the FOOD IS STILL...
Read moreThis is the only BAD Chipotle experience I've ever had. And, I've eaten at these alot in many cities.
They didn't have chicken available, so we waited. No problem, at least we knew it was fresh. However, the amount of chicken in the burrito was laughable. We eat at Chipotle regularly and have an idea of portion size and what we "normally" get. But, this location served half of the normal serving. I said something about the EXTREMELY small amount of meat, and they said if we wanted more meat we'd need to pay for extra. Ironically, never felt cheated at other locations like we did here, so declined the offer. In fact, we called it a "rice burrito". :(
Had the Barbaco tacos, or rather "fat tacos". It was literally chunks of fat. Very disappointing!
Staff seemed overworked, irritated and not friendly. Since this place recently opened, I hope they can work things out. People love Chipotle, but if it's run like this, they will get alot...
Read moreThey forgot two orders of chips and a kids apple juice on the evening of 5/24/25. They didn't speak one word to me when I thanked them when picking up the order and then later politely corrected them. Zero verbal communication spanning two non-aggressive interactions for one order.
*Update 5/26/25, I ordered Doordash and again they forgot an order of chips. They have lost my future business, which is disappointing considering they're the healthiest local fast food option. But they don't seem to care about accuracy or respect.
Just imagine picking up your online carryout, saying "thank you," knowing you were heard, then getting zero response or reaction. Okay fine. But then the awkwardness of being a nonconfrontational person and having to go back in and get your missing items, only to be rudely stonewalled, through complete non-verbal communication and unfriendly demeanor. That was my...
