Went by on a Friday to see what I needed to do to become a member and they were closed (despite it being 3:57p and the sign on the door saying 9a-4p). Extremely unfortunate. Even if they were still open, but advised me they were preparing to close and gave me the information to review, complete, and bring back on Tuesday, that would've been more preferable than not available during your advertised time.
