I really enjoyed going to this theater. It is very well worth the money spent. My tickets were $8.50 so we all know that movie ticket prices are a bit pricey but this theater was better than what I was expecting. The theater was well very clean and no stains or food crumbs anywhere that I could see. The popcorn here was very good and a plus to it was that they had the popcorn flavors for free on the side (example: white cheddar, nacho cheese, etc.). If you had went to any other movie theater you would have had to pay extra for that. There was not a long wait to get concessions products or refills. Parking at the theater was decent on a Saturday night which is also a plus because a lot of people go to the movies on a Saturday and normally you are stuck circling around the parking lot looking for a spot that is even some what decent. The bathrooms were very clean. The only I experienced that could have possibly be improved was making sure that each stall was stocked of toilet paper, because it is embarrassing to have to wait to ask someone to pass you tissue under stall so that you can wipe yourself. Other than that my experience at NCG Cinemas was very positive. I definitely would recommend this theater to anyone who was looking to have a good time without feeling like you had to give up a arm and a...
Read moreI’m glad it visited twice before leaving a review. The first time, it was OK, but the second time we were denied water for our children that had popcorn stuck in their throat! I went to the front desk and begged for a cup of water and was told I needed to buy a $3 or $4 bottle of water, and I did not have any cash as we spent it all on our tickets and food. Two young people, a young black girl, and a young skinny white Boy told us they would be in big trouble “per the managers policy” to not let anybody have a drink of water out of their clear plastic cups. I told them “I can see the plastic cups right in front of our faces on the shelf…. Can you please just give me one and I can fill it with water myself from the bathroom?” We were completely denied a cup of water and I am livid as a parent that there was no compassion over something that probably cost them five cents. Our family will be driving to another city now to avoid this corporate feeling money,...
Read moreMy wife and I went to see Red One. The theater was packed for a Black Friday promotion, and the staff was obviously overwhelmed. The theater was in bad shape - trashcans overflowing, popcorn all over the floor, drink station trashed, and the bathrooms were nasty. When we got our popcorn and drink, the poor kid at the register was in tears. I tried using my rewards points but he was so overwhelmed that I just decided to not hold up the line. Nobody was scanning tickets and several people just walked in and went to a theater. There were two kids in our seats when we got to auditorium #4 and, when we told them they had our spot, they just laughed. They said it was so easy to just come in without paying and watch a movie. This was one of the poorest run establishments I've ever been in and this is definitely one of the last times we will come to a NCG movie theater. Regal may cost a little more but I'd pay more for a...
