No 1 Chinese — Restaurant in Gallatin

Because of getting 1 order wrong and me complaining about it, they now have refused to deliver anything else to me and said they do not want my business. They called me on the phone, yelling at me saying I ordered the food wrong. I ordered my favorite, General Tao's chicken (extra spicy), and it was very bland. I called them about it and they refused to make it right. I was bashed over the phone with abusive language and called a liar. This was all several months ago. Tonight I decided to give them another chance, and I placed an online order. 45 minutes later they call me telling me that they refuse to serve me anymore. I do not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE! They do have pretty good food most of the time, however the treatment of customers who have a problem is totally...

I don't eat fatty food often but when i crave that american-style / non-authentic chinese food i come here. I always get the chicken lomein which is so satisfying. I had the wonton soup which was not bad. I tried the sesame chicken once but wasn't a fan. The egg roll is yummy! The prices are reasonable & the portions are good. The lady who answered the phone laughed at me once because i didn't know the difference between lomein and chow mein - it was a little offputting but I also understand where she's coming from because i laugh at people who put cream cheese in their pasta and think they're eating italian, so i don't know if i can complain... haha Overall i do recommend this spot if you're craving...

I placed a $30 order for delivery and then waited over an hour for it. I ordered sweet and sour pork, but they didn't send the sauce. I called immediately to tell them. Rather than apologize, the woman laughed hysterically and said "Really? We forgot the sauce?", then asked me if they could bring it to me later. I told her I ordered it to eat now, but here I am 30 minutes later with cold pork and no sauce. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a Chinese restaurant in this area. I recommend calling panda. They also deliver and have great food and customer service. Unfortunately they are closed on Sunday. In the future I will only order chinese food Monday...
